Over run, over populated and cancel your medication, even though its from Bristol BrI hospital requests. It's a buisness not a Dr surgery I'm afraid. Also you can't even book on there app or ring in unless its 2 mins past 8am. ????
Very slow but tablets nearly always ready when you need them.
Disrespectful. Trying to withhold medication from someone because a week before they were in a rush and told you that you can sign my prescription I know you can. Then this week try and not give me my meds. Not happy. Disrespectful, nasty people. I will be suing them for this
The staff at the chemist are lovely people and always willing to help . The delivery drivers are so lovely and bright and cheerful. I'm not at the surgery but I'm sure that they're all just as sweet as well
Most unorganised staff in the pharmacy if u ask me told 5/10 mins wait 55 minutes later and soaking wet stood next to a little old lady who had been waiting the same amount of time if not a few minutes before me!!!! Maybe speed up and give a more accurate amount of waiting time as im freezing cold due to the staff moving at sloth speed. Had issues in the doctors itself also with appointments passed between the doctors and the hospital and was told it was not there issue! Its my job to give u the sample and u pass it on but instead u lost the samples provided when its a cancer test i expect more!!! Will be moving doctors and pharmacists
Great little pharmacy, I like how you use the window as this is perfect particularly with the covid restrictions. Helpful and attentive staff, the opening hours are also very reasonable. Highly recommend this pharmacy
This pharmacy is the best Respectful staff will always go the Extra mile, I will always get my medication from here as know me by name and I feel like it a personal service well its not lol but top rated
