Great service from Vaughan and the team today to refit the engine cover panel that had come loose. They even came to my house to collect me when the car was ready! Definitely recommended and will be taking my kids’ cars for service in future.

I had a problem noise from the rear offside wheel whilst staying with my daughter in Portishead.
I phoned and spoke to Reception and explained. Although very busy they offered to look at the vehicle to assess safety levels. Whilst initially I thought it was a bearing, it was diagnosed as a warped brake disc. I was able to return to South Devon because time constraints did not allow the repair to be done at Tudor Garage. Top marks though for customer service.
Great garage! Really friendly, genuine people providing great service, fast repairs and fair pricing. Never felt ripped off, unlike every other garage I've been to! Always really happy to help and advise and will provide reassurance rather than make up things that need replacing.
