Busy place with not-bad food. I had carne asada; the meat was super soft, but the taste was bland. My husband had Mexican tacos that came with four tacos, so he got two chicken tacos and two meat tacos. I didn't like the presentation of the tacos. All tacos were wrapped in foil, which was uninviting.
Dined in several times, do take out every week without fail since we live fairly close by. Never had a bad experience, food is always excellent, and service from front desk to the servers to the back of the house is as good as it gets. Best Tuesday Taco deal going anywhere, while their regular menu has more than enough offerings and each one we've ever tried has been exceptional. We don't even bother trying any other Mexican places anymore--found out long ago this is the best in Pensacola and the only one we go to.

Our dinner was perfect here with plenty of flavor and portion sizes. The salsa was packed with just the right amount of heat and our server kept the salsa bowls and chips refreshed. We sat outside and enjoyed every bit of the experience! Thank you for the polite correction!
Nice enough very clean. My server was Ashley seated me on arrival. There for everything ordered; drinks ,appetizers, meal and check right on time. I ordered Margarita, good. Cheese dip excellent and enchiladas Supreme fantastic ! Portion filled the whole plate filled high with lettuce tomatoes and Sour creme and Guagamolie which was very good. Price on par with most similar restaurants
28$ total. I've been hearing about all the other Mexican being the best in town most of which I've tried this was by far the best for me.
Our family met up here for a birthday celebration. It was our first time here. It’s a casual place but nicely decorated and the menu was expansive!! Chips and salsa were brought out right away and a cupcake I brought in for a later surprise was given to the waiter. The chips were very fresh, tasted baked almost and really good as was the salsa. A friendly waitress took our drink order and I got the med margarita which was perfect. Two of us ordered quesadillas and two ordered the special which was called enchilada burrito I believe (pictured). A lot of food and just delicious! My husband got the burrito and he cleaned his plate. Overall the food and service were excellent and they remembered the cupcake without reminders. But they also brought a whipped crème dessert that was put on the face of the birthday girl. Quite a surprise while we sang happy birthday and we all laughed but it would have been nice to have been asked ahead of time. She took it well and this is the only reason for a 4. Otherwise, excellent choice for a Mexican meal!
Great food, great staff and clean restaurant!! I have visited Tucan multiple times over the last couple of months and I have not had one bad thing from there! The margaritas are great the quesadillas are off the chain and the cheese dip is to die for! I would definitely recommend to family and friends if your looking for a family owned and operated business look no further!!
This place is awesome! Tucan is now our favorite Mexican restaurant. Ordered the Nachos Locos and they were fantastic! Love their guacamole, too! So glad you are back in pensacola! We really missed you! We will be back! Nachos Locos over rice is our new favorite! Fresh guacamole, made to order, soooo good!
An outstanding, great atmosphere, and great prices Mexican restaurant! We took our friends here because another friend recommended this restaurant! All of us loved this restaurant! Each bite was so delicious and tasty! The chips and salsa that was served when we sat down was hot and delicious! We can’t find any bad to say except it was a great place to eat! I would highly recommend and say you would not go wrong by eating here!
