This bakery cafe is a delightful blend of artesian goodness and old-fashioned charm, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and inviting. The efficient and smiling service and decency of the staff add a warm touch to the experience. Conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Lancaster railway Station, it's a must-visit before any journey or if you happen to be passing by. Simply superb.
It's a lovely place to stop and have a coffee and a bite to eat. The staff are friendly and the onsite bakery is fabulous. It's a business with conscience, too using fairly traded ingredients to produce amazing breads and cakes. It's on the way into town from the station so stop here first for restorative sustenance!
I wish all cafes could be like this, cosy, great atmosphere and different, delicious, homemade food.
Everything is homemade, literally they make everything here, bread, pastries, spicy dal & rotis, fis paprikas.
It may sound an exaggeration but they really do the best croissants anywhere and we've been to some of the best patisseries in France, London, etc.
Lovely cafe in a good location in Lancaster. My partner and I frequently come here for a Sunday treat and are never disappointed! Coffees are lovely, soups unreal, and pastries to die for. 10/10, would recommend :) thanks tuck!
Loved this cafe/bakery find near the railway station. Great coffee but the special feature is the baking on site. The freshest pastries and pies you will ever eat. Tried several over the weekend and all delicious!

Everything was perfect,, I had the vegetarian pastry that tastes like “heaven” full of balanced flavours can’t get enough of their good stuff ???? hope they could stay open for longer though!
The most perfect artisan pastries made fresh before your eyes every morning. The drinks are also just as good! Lovely strong coffee, unique homemade kefir and kombuchas. The evening events are not to be missed either, great varieties of dishes expertly prepared. The staff are some of the friendliest in Lancaster and will have you coming back again and again for more!
