As a person that is always on the hunt for good Barbecue, I’m blessed to discover such a gem! The home style energy and atmosphere alone will make you feel at ease. Now, Let’s talk about the food!

As a first timer with no expectations, I chose the 3 meat platter. Chicken, brisket and ribs with Mac n cheese + green beans. All of the meat choices were tender, and full of flavor! The Mac and cheese and greens beans were the perfect counter balance to the protein choices!

I will be back real soon to try out the rest of the menu!

Disclaimer: BBQ is a very personal thing! Good dry rub and flavorful homemade sauces. Sausage and pulled pork were very good. Brisket was very fatty and a little overdone for our taste, but again, that is a preference. Baked beans and rice sides were tasty. Green beans and potato salad didn’t offer much flavor. Crew, including the owner, were very friendly. Place was very clean, and service was great. If you like BBQ, you should definitely give it a shot.

Great BBQ! You can really taste that delicious smokey flavor in the pulled pork. And the sausage...so flavorful & a little spicy. I don't know what kind of magic they put into the rice (meat & love?) but keep doing it! The portions are very generous, so now we have lunch tomorrow, thank you! Our server was friendly & professional...& Tubby himself came to check on us & say hi. Great customer service!

Very good place to eat and take the family. All my kids enjoyed the food very much. Will be coming back and recommend it to anyone.

(July 2nd on the 1st).

The aroma of the BBQ from outside promised goodness on the inside.

Our server couldn't have been nicer.

The Pit Master came out and talked to us... we forgot to ask if he was Tubby.

We both got the 4 meat sampler and it was really yummy. I know we both had dinner for the next two nights on the leftovers.

I highly recommend it ! ????

BBQ very good; the rice was especially good; ribs tender and sauce tasted very good. friendly, courteous staff, good prices and portions.

This place was heavenly. Clean as a whistle interior, friendly customer service and food that smacks with a force so good you’ll forget about those incorporated joints. I ordered the brisket sandwich and the pulled pork thinking because the affordable price that they would lack in size but let me tell you I was severely wrong. I ate the seasoned rice (with chicken and peppers) and the brisket sandwich and i was so full i could Hardly stand. Needless to say i have a Delicious round 2 for later. Our server was the owner and I have to say mom and pops should always be this humble!! 5 out of 5

If you’re ever in Zephyrhills the tubby‘s Q and smokehouse is the place to go for good barbecue ribs,brisket and sausage. They have an excellent rub on the ribs and brisket. Very nice and friendly people and I will return.
