Best KPortal Reviews
This place was freaking amazing! Personally, I loved it. The food was freshly prepared in front of you. The smell alone was warm and welcoming. The lady at the front was so sweet, courteous and kind. I apologize for not leaving a tip, next time we definitely will. This was my 3rd time trying Korean and this place was affordable, tasty and filling. Definitely would come here again. Me and husband loved it.
I've been coming here on and off, since they opened. I freaking love the food, the way it's presented, and the most importantly, flavor.
The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The atmosphere is fun with Korean pop music and sometimes the videos on the large screen.
They will be changing the name and breaking away from the franchise and changing the name to "Manna".
This is under the same owners, so the great food will be more Korean and continue along its delicious path of serving us all.
Tonight I had the Kimbap (bulgogi) and it was a great combination of meat and rice to vegetables rolled and simple to eat. The sauce is nice and spicy, and not so hot that it messes with the flavor. With nice, mild flavored broth soup.
I liked it so much I had them also make the Kimbap (tuna) as well. Wonderful experience again.
Thank You Manna! See you soon again ????
The blandest chicken we have ever had at any fried chicken place. We ordered soy garlic and original chicken pieces and both of them tasted the same. Very bland and unseasoned.
Service was good and maybe the other menu items like bulgogi plates are good but the chicken severely missed the mark.
The fried chicken was crispy but lacked flavor eve compared to generic KFC. Despite the generous portion size (9 big chicken pieces), the high price didn't justify the bland taste.
The accompanying sauce, described as tangy mayo, was disappointingly small and underwhelming. It definitely needs a barbecue sauce or something more flavorful to enhance the dish.
I might consider giving this restaurant another chance, but I'd certainly opt for a different menu item next time.
Such fresh ingredients and delicious taste! Can be seen as a bit pricey, but trust me its worth its price! As soon as my order was placed, I sat down to wait, and I can smell my food being made fresh. Such lovely and friendly staff!
-Found this restaurant while browsing through a Food app, order once to try it and fell in love with their dishes! Their Spicy bulgogi plate left such a impression on my taste buds that I had to go visit in person! Ordered the half & half, japchae for the fam and another bulgogi plate for me and my fiancé. Safe to say we'll for sure be back!
First time there, tried their lunch special. Excellent value for really good food! An actual Korean restaurant, not just for Korean fried chicken. Rice noodles with mushrooms, and then fried like egg rolls ????????????
Great food, thoughtful service, fair price, and plenty of parking!
- The sodduk sodduk are the Korean sausages and rice cake skewers. The rice cake is crispy and chewy covering in this sweet and spicy sauce that goes well together. I think the spice was perfect and not overwhelming at all. Delicious!
- The Dduk Bok Gi (sauteed rice cakes in spicy sauce) was simple yet delicious. You can get it spicier if prefer.
- For the chicken wings, I got the half and half option with the original and galbi sauce. The menu is pretty focus on wings with different flavors, but the original was pretty good to me. It comes with potatoes and pickled radish which is perfect to go with fried food. Galbi sauce doesn’t taste like how it is on the short ribs, but my brother and I love it.
When I mentioned thoughtful service, they also provide some finger gloves that is so convenient if you want to eat in the car, or literally anywhere. Parking is very comfortable and the location is easy to find. I would highly recommend give this place a try if you are a fan of chicken wings like me.
FAN OF KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN? THIS IS YOUR SPOT!
BONELESS OPTION BONELESS CHICKEN THIGHS!
SOLID 5 STARS!!
NOT GREASY & NOT FATTY!
Every bite is CHICKEN, not skin! I tried the boneless order today and again, the meat is succulent with a perfect hint of crisp. The pieces were nice boneless chicken thighs. I put up a couple of new pics for this order. Loving this place!
Hands down the best Korean fried chicken in Sacramento! I have been on a quest to find the perfect Korean chicken spot and have tried too many to count, tiny mom n pop's to popular trendy ones around town. TTOBONGEE chicken is cooked crispy but light, the meat is succulent and juicy, the pickled radish and jalapenos are hot but not too hot. Excellent Korean soul food, low prices, made fresh to order(11min wait), or order ahead, super friendly service. They just opened on June of 2021 so I'm trying to get the word out, this place is a hidden gem but not for long!!
