Customer service is not known here. The so called employee’s were all grouped together as customers were waiting to get checked in. As an officer, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior, no leadership but a lot of conversation with each other. My bag was on the conveyor belt for 15 to 20 minutes before the gentleman checked it as he and another female associate were laughing. Is this what security looks like. How do people like this get a job, I know it’s stressful however that is what they signed up for. If I had it my way, they all would be looking for new jobs, you never know who is watching or who you come in contact with.
There should be zero stars. Not one halfway decent person working TSA at this airport. Had to pass through before connecting from International flight to domestic. Why??? Regardless, had limited time and everyone was trying to make last flight out. Bags that passed through without issue at Heathrow were checked manually. Slowest person ever. She was rude and took pleasure in working as slowly as possible with no regard to making people miss flights - which I did. What a miserable human being she must be.
Should leave zero stars because of how bad they treated us. Was there last year and the lady was screaming at me and my mom because we didn’t put our luggage’s the right way. She kept yelling at us “Look at the other people how they putting theirs. Y’all need to pay attention!” It was a young lady with curly blond hair. If you don’t like your job then quit! No need to be rude!!!
To think these animals make a ton of money while they treat those of us that pay their salary terribly and can't even answer the telephone shows these Bafoons with no degrees no real experience and somehow 100 percent black, not Asian, not Hispanic not Caucasian. Makes you wonder who is taking care of the travellers not TSA and NoT Debra Hendricks a foul mouth excuse for a human being.
Without question, ATL TSA agents are the most rude agents across the country. Rude. No smile (ever), no eye contact, mumble when they speak to you, ignore when you ask a question, and seem angry all the time. Absolutely, they do not respect your time. Awful. Just awful! I travel multiple times throughout the month and ATL TSA is at the top of the list for the worst experience. Welcome to Atlanta.....WOW!
The Atlanta Georgia TSA is run by a white manchild who put me on a no fly list halfway across the country as a 19 yr old away from my family and REFUSED to explain why.
My wallet got stolen with my ID, portland pdx let me fly there but atlanta tsa wouldn’t let me fly home and told me it’s “not their problem”
I have never met such cruel and disgusting humans in my life even now that i’m 21.
They also spilled all of my antidepressants on the floor after manhandling it, they
proceeded to sweep it up, stick the ones from the floor in a nylon blue glove and hand it back to me.
They did not offer any apologies and threatened me repeatedly.
To the main TSA guy for Atlanta Georgia. You are disgusting and deserve to be stranded away from your family too.
Worst tsa station in the country. Rude staff and terrible customer service skills. We were detained over a food item purchased after security in the food court upon arrival I was asked about food being honest I said I have a piece of pizza and for that I was detained my bags siezed and taken to a holding area for enhanced screening they took the criminal pizza and made us run through the airport not knowing where we needed to go and no time to look as our connecting flight was already boarding
And Noone to answer my phone calls to complain about it
Obviously they not reading the comments. But this was my first and last time doing an international connect flight in ATL. Most TSA staff was rude af. Yelling, laughing obnoxiously, and treating people like they’re inhumane. They know people really trying to get where they going so they can get away with it. Oh but baby!! if had the time, I would truly leave the airport in cuffs.
