We will not be going back ever ! It was so unwelcoming and the lady that was running the restaurant was so rude and unprofessional and not to mention her daughter was rude as well. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but it is not okay to be running a business that way! The chicken that she served us was pink which means it was undone and when we told her about it she denied it and blamed it on the brine! There was also a problem with the card being charged extra times. She basically accused us of lying! They both need to learn customer service!
I had the 2 meat platter. Both the pulled pork and the brisket were succulent and delicious. These meats have a wonderful flavor that literally stands on its own! No need to add any of the sauces for an amazing flavor. But play around with the sauces! A wide variety of great homemade sauces that range from sweet to fiery. The sides I chose were the potato salad, a very nice, gently seasoned salad. The Firehouse beans had a very good, flavorful, and not overly hot, spice to them. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.
Really good BBQ, will visit the next time I'm in Rochester. I had baby back ribs with baked beans and smoked mac and cheese.
Best place for bbq. The lady that helped us that I’m guessing is the owner was so nice. She assist us on our order and recommended the best for our money. Bbq sauces amazing. Food amazing. A place to go back for sure.
Was skeptical of trying the food here...i had the one meat dinner platter with pulled pork. The pulled pork was very delicious, juicy and flavorful. The bacon corn is to die for. Didn't like the green beans so much. The honey butter they serve with the Hawaiian roll is also really good. The customer service was excellent. I will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!!!

All I can tell you is that it's worth the drive! I'm extremely sad I do not live closer. This would be my go-to place for smoked meats. This little hole in the wall grill and pub is a diamond in the rough! My mother joined my son and I for an early Father's Day lunch. My son had the Nachos, which he greatly enjoyed! They aren't the best in the Rochester area, but they're in the top 10. However, the Brisket Special was AMAZING! My mother had never before had brisket, I fear I may have now set her expectations too high. CLEARLY the best brisket in southern Minnesota, hands down. This might be the best brisket I've ever had, anywhere. They have the right amount and flavor of smokiness. The rub has an amazingly rich, sweet, and slightly tangy seasoning. They were smoked perfectly tender and just melted in your mouth. Along with these I had the French Fries and the Pub Spuds. The fries were perfect, just absolutely perfect! The crisp golden exterior at the perfect temperature, seasoning, and soft interior texture were without a doubt the best fries I've had. I couldn't stop eating them. And the Pub Spuds were even better! I believe they had the same seasoning that was used as the rub for the brisket. These soft seasoned potatoes with cheese and onion are simply unmatched and unique. These alone are worth the trip. I WILL be back. I am very excited to have the ribs next time I go. Don't sleep on this place, it's definitely worth the trip.
Horrible experience with the food truck. Waited in line for a long time and paid $8 for what was basically 2 bites of meat, cold corn and potatoes, and one bite of mac n cheese that was supposed to be cheese curds.
