Great Customer service. They helped me gain knowledge on the proper questions to ask the car rental company to making sure I wasn't going to be waiting a long period of time to be picked up just after getting off work to drop my car off for repairs.
Customer service was very professional. The paint and bodywork was unreal. I thought they had traded my car in for a 2022. My car looked as though it was a brand new vehicle. I will certainly be a word of mouth for this establishment. On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give a rating of 20 because they will go above and beyond.
Marcus and staff were awesome. Very satisfied with their work and even more satisfied with their communication and customer service. They help educate you on options (after market parts, original equipment,used, etc.) They will help you work to get what you want/need from the ins. adjusters, etc... Just a top notch business.

Picked my car up from them a few days ago after performing a paint job on the bumper. The dealer sold me my car 'as is', not realizing that the car had been poorly painted before (probably stemming from an accident they 'forgot' to mention). Mr. Harris handled the job professionally, efficiently, and honestly! If you need repair work done, Tru Finish Body Shop should be your one and only stop...you won't be disappointed!!!
