Ordered on their website and only got my smoothie, not my food. Tried calling the store to see what happened, but just rings and then got the fax signal. Can't leave my work to go get my wrap if it was made, which was the point of ordering delivery. So I paid $20 for a smoothie to be delivered it seems. Delivery driver was no help. I texted when I went to down to get it and she just said sorry that what they handed me, no offer to go check for the rest of the food.Can I get a refund?
Very kind workers, just my smoothie had literally inch long banana chunks. I’ve worked at a smoothie place before it’s really not that time consuming to keep it blending for an extra ten seconds????they were literally empty when I ordered.
I ordered online through their website -which wants you to download the app- (like everywhere) it was - easy- fast & always delicious. They now offer a few different ~bowl~ options and they are amazing! Should have offered sooner! I also choose tropical smoothie over somewhere like smoothie king b/c they offer wraps/flatbreads/quesadillas/sandwiches- delicious options for breakfast lunch dinner or in between- even kids meals- We will be back- love you guys ????
Worst experience only two people working, took them over 5 minutes to come to us, ordered two bahama mama smoothies and a wrap, waited almost 30 minutes, the place was not busy at all when we got our smoothies and they are wrong, theres bananas in this and it was literally straight liquid not a smoothie, I couldn’t get my drinks remade because of the wait for the two I was late to work. No manager to be seen. I want my money back
It’s always an awesome Smoothie experience at the Tropical cafe. I learn’t this place quite recently during my visit to St. Pete’s, and was impressed with the wide variety of Smoothy and food options.
This location is clean and people our welcoming. Nice clean restrooms as well.
The add-one’s such as protein, fat burners, fresh ginger were a great touch to their smoothy options.
This place needs more employees, or to change the time when the order is going to be ready. Placed an order at 2:30, said it would be ready at 2:40, and when I walked in I still had to wait almost 15 mins. As far as I can see there were only two workers in the back, a guy walked in to place an order and he wasn’t greeted for about 10 mins.
Cute smoothie spot with a lot of seating. Service was quick. Tried the lean machine, and it was delicious. I will be back for more????
Ordered Jetty punch with a buffalo chicken wrap and chips. Smoothie was ok, a bit watered down, not much flavor, but the wrap was terrible. Very wet, way too much buffalo sauce, messy wrap, not much chicken at all, but the chicken that was inside I spit most of it out because it was fatty and grizzle like pieces. Barely ate half the wrap but I opened up the other half just to show you what it look like inside.Cost me about $13-14 dollars. I think I know why it was empty inside and I was the only customer. I barely just paid and my smoothie and food was in my hands already as if , not accusing, they had already made it but someone changed their mind. Please try to be better at least so I don’t have to always drive to park blvd and 66th.
