Placed an online order for takeout before closing time of 9pm. Drove 10 minutes to pick the order up and the store was closed early. It’s now the next day and the store is open yet no one has contacted to offer an apology and/or refund. I e called the store a few times already and no one answers. They won’t like the visit I will pay them today to get this resolved. Why post business hours and take an online order if you’re not open?!
I ordered door dash thinking my order was simple enough that they would not mess it up. I ordered a Thai chicken salad with extra chicken ($) and it comes with a side. I chose the Kale/Apple slaw. What I got was a chicken salad but not the extra chicken I asked for and no peanut dressing. I also ordered an extra ($) kale salad and didn’t get that. I paid way to much for a dry tasteless salad. I’m sure I will not be coming here or ordering from here again based off my experience and all the wonderful ???????? reviews.
I visited this store on Monday April 15 and immediately there was no welcome, no eye contact,no "we're a little busy we'll be right with you . I stood in line about 7 or 8 minutes before the first guy finally came over with a very nonchalant attitude asking If I was ready . I asked how everyone was he responded with a nonchalant "good..you ready" still no eye contact while he took my order at all. There were 4 or five workers there and none of them showed eye contact or were they courteous AT ALL. I will not be coming back here ever because it's not a welcoming location. Also, in your response to my claim ,I do not wanna hear how you're sorry about my experience just deal with your staff and teach them how to deal with every week customers so the next person can have a better experience please. Once again I won't be coming back to this location ever nor will I send anyone, the energy sucks there!!

Pulled in with bus had 30 young ladies wanted Smoothie they said they was closed after everyone went else where people where coming and going. Big lost of Revenue. Only letting food deliveries in now.
Felt unwelcome, felt more like we were a bother. No “hello” or “how are you” just “are you ready to order”? Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Didn’t even wipe the cup when they saw the excess smoothie on the side. I’ll never come back. I understand people have a bad day, but no reason to take it out on others.
I have gone to other locations and got the Acai Bowls filled to the top! My bowl was half filled and I could not eat the Acai part because it was still frozen after 45 minutes. I was in between appointments and thought I could easily eat it on the go as I did at the other locations. I should have gone with a smoothie but did not think the bowl would be such a disappointment!
Stay far away. This was by far the WORST/NASTIEST place I have ever spent a dime with. It’s so much to address that it’s hard to even start… My wife and I attempted to eat here today and so much went wrong… From customer service, To my safety, To my health! I will try to be short and sweet. After standing at the register and everyone walking past us for about 10 minutes someone finally came to the register and took our order. As we waited for a ridiculously long time a guy comes to the register and throws down our smoothies. We ask what are the names on it and he walks away. Literally ignoring us. I ask the other cashier if he heard us and he states that he has a migraine… I’m confused on how a migraine effects your communication with your paying customers. Anyway I’ll skip to try to shorten the story. As we awaited our order the same grumpy cashier decides to walk to the front of the store and lock the 20 customers inside. At this time it’s maybe 10 minutes before closing. If I had to make a guess I’m sure that is against fire safety. Which I will be filing a complaint as well. I ask the same cashier why would you lock 20 customers in and he stated “As if I care”. Frustrated but at this point we had spent so much time inside we continue to wait for our food. Fast forward - we get home and I have a hair on my quesadilla and she has a fly in her smoothie…. Smh I can not make this up. How does one experience so much at one time. The negligence in the company is horrible. As I stated the customer service is trash, and my health and safety was placed in a compromising situation.
Ps. I do not write reviews. And I forgot to mention they first gave my wife the wrong order and dropped the new one on the floor before going to make another one. That was just human error but to add that on to the other stuff… it equals a sloppy, unorganized and over all bad establishment. Also judging by the pre comments it appears they are not to pressed to address the issues. I will NEVER spend another dime here. If I was you I wouldn’t either unless you want to eat someone else’s DNA or have a appetite for flies.
This is a response to Nicole reed. Girl I went out there this morning as well. I had a pickup order and the place was closed. I went up to this lady car asking her did the times change or did she know what time the place open. The way she responded and her attitude, I already knew she was probably a worker. She said she was waiting for a “Key”. So thanks for confirming she was actually a manager !! That’s beyond crazy y’all should not be accepting orders online if y’all opening 1 hour late!! Imagine if they had 20+ pickup orders and the place was closed… ridiculous and they need to fix their attitudes.
