Very quality location. Customer service focused. Staff really well supervised. I didn't encounter a loud reality television show.

App is new, appears to be functional but it's interface and usability could be better.
This is a busy location, especially with the fast moving Dunn Avenue.
Caution while driving and backup moves.
But it's worth coming here.
I have been here several times in the past month for the acai bowl. This time was the absolute worst!! (After waiting in line for 25 minutes) I'm not sure what was going on but the acai was like juice. An uncut half of a banana just dropped in, 3 slices of strawberries that were under the juice & 5 blueberries also under the juice. Didn't find any granola! Just Horrible! Nothing like I have ever received! For $10 I would expect better!! I would have never given a customer this sloppy mess!!! Not again!! I'm good!!???? Forgot to take a picture because I threw it in the garbage!
9 people working and it took 15 minutes to produce my order. I don't get it. I tipped %20 and I waited patiently for my drink. In the 15 min I waited, 3 out of 9 employees stood around and from the time I ordered -2 other people after me got theirs before me and all I asked for was a smoothie. The smoothie was amazing. But I couldn't help but feel like there was more favoritism towards all the other customers and not me
If I could give them a ZERO I would! It took forever to get a Thai Chicken salad and after I got it I had to ask for utensils. When I asked for them the young man looked at me like I was asking for the moon and the stars. They have at least 10 people working there and I get home and my salad had no dressing!
I call them and they tell me they can give me the dressing when I come back like they were doing me a favor. Then he said he would give me a "side" if I came back. The gas I would spend to go back is more than the cost of a side.
I have been to other Tropical Smoothies and never had a problem. This is the most poorly run place I have ever seen. With so many people working there you would think somebody would get my order right.
We pre-ordered via their site & went inside to collect our order. That was the best decision ever; although we still waited almost 20 minutes for the order to be ready. That drive thru line barely moved from the time we went in to the time we left
My chicken club was sloppily made and poorly assembled. My smoothie tastes bland. First time at this location and I’m super disappointed. Definitely not what I’m used to. Customer service was good though.
There was only one place I used to drive a long way out to get my smoothies from. But then my wife recommended this place. I tried their smoothie and actually liked it! It's tasty and healthy. They've definitely earned my business are saving me gas from driving so far away to the other place. Thanks TS.
It literally takes about 30-45 minutes to receive your food here and I genuinely want to know why because if staff is always short maybe the location needs to be closed.
