Please provide us with more details" There I copied and pasted it so you dont have to. This location is awful and unprofessional. You dont need more details, read your reviews and be better.
The last few times we have gone, our smoothies have been ready 15-20 minutes after the app’s ASAP delivery time. We usually pad our arrival to give them 5 extra minutes or so, but strange to be waiting for an online order when others are just walking in and getting their orders made right there. I feel like they are understaffed (and the current staff seem listless and unproductive, but I’m not trying to police their time; still, one girl just said “I’ll be right back” and walked out during peak hours to go who knows where). Strange.
It’s now 15 minutes pass our online ASAP order time again tonight, and they haven’t even started making ours yet. I guess we won’t be trying this again. Joke’s on us.
Be careful if you eat or get a drink here. I placed my order but ended up getting a refund after seeing how unclean the environment was. But first, the young man prepping the food, pants were sagging, exposing his undergarments. I had to ask the guy taking my order to put gloves on, after which, he sighed......after standing and looking around for a few, I noticed The tops for the smoothies were full of old fruit one had Grey matter in the top. It looked as if the restaurant had not been cleaned properly the night before. The counters and tables appeared to be wiped down with a dirty rag due to the dried streaks on every last one. I noticed the health score was hidden behind something like a tall metal cooler.
Had a terrible experience at this location off of exit 179 in Prattville, AL. The wraps we got were frozen and the guy cooking the food acted like he was high or he did not care about anything. The service was terrible and the food was terrible. We love tropical smoothie cafe but I will not stop here again. If the operator would like to know more just reply and we can talk about it. I’ll make time.
Made a purchase for a paradise point and a turkey bacon ranch. Told the cashier to make my bacon crispy. Got my order, smoothie taste horrible and the sandwich was also. The bacon was raw and the bread was hard as a rock. Tried calling back 10 times to the store and the phone was off the hook. Money waisted!!
Multiple times my smoothie has just tasted bad, one day they put way too much spinach and it was so gross, today I think they put too much ice and it’s just watered down and not good. I ordered my peanut butter banana flatbread with no honey and no granola and both things were on there. Go to the one on memorial drive.
The smoothie was sour and tasted like the ingredients were rancid. That's after they took 15 minutes to make it with only myself and one other customer in the building with 3 employees working. The tables were all dirt and the staff were cursing every other word almost. I usually have a good experience at this chain but this location was abysmal.
Cashier didn't acknowledge anyone walking in the door n standing in line. Customer in front of me said hey how are you doing, cashier stayed silent. When it was my turn I wasn't greeted or thanked. He did answer my question with a real answer. The smoothie maker only acknowledge the 4 young guys who walked in later at the door. A new cashier has clocked in and she isn't ispeaking and has the most uncomfortable look on her face. She has her hands on her hips. I guess this is 2023 culture now. Pick n choose. Mobile ordering n delivery service should be closed due to there is 4 blenders and 1 employee
