I was excited to see that there was a tropical smoothie as it is my go to in New Hampshire.
Unfortunately they didn't fill the cup all the way so that was disappointing for the price.
The staff were kind and the smoothie it self tasted wonderful i just wish i could have had a full cup .
Went there to get a juice at 7:52pm, Google says it closes at 9:00pm (see picture where it says open).The girl that was there seemed displeased to see me. I asked her if they were closed and she said that they will be in 8 minutes. I said that I only want a small juice and she didn't say anything and made an uncomfortable face. I left immediately and said thank you. Didn't even bother to say anything to me afterwards. Extremely disrespectful and 0 sense of customer service. I would give a 0 star review if I could. I love these franchise but clearly this one is not like others.
The restaurant is clean each time I’ve been there and it hasn’t been too busy. The staff is nice but could be more friendly and interactive. They are all high-school or early college students so I understand it’s probably a little intimidating. The food and smoothies taste fresh and are made-to-order.
One of the worst Tropical Smoothie locations I've ever encountered. Honestly, if it weren't for the mall next door keeping it afloat, this place would have gone out of business a long time ago.
The hygiene standards here are appalling. I crossed an employee in the restroom who didn't even bother to wash his hands. When I confronted him about it, he rudely informed me that he's the manager. Yes, the manager!
The attitude and lack of basic cleanliness are absolutely unacceptable. Please, for your own sake, avoid this place at all costs.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The guy who called himself manager/franchise owner is unbelievably rude. His attitude is completely unacceptable and makes me wonder if it's rooted in racism because I show same comment about racism below too. Working in customer service demands a pleasant demeanor towards customers, and he displayed the exact opposite.
His mean gestures, rude comments, and constant arguing with customers are not just impolite—they're unprofessional. This behavior is far from what is expected in a customer service role.
Tropical Smoothie corporate or management need to take a look, it's time to get someone to train him, teach him better behavior, or find someone new altogether. His attitude stinks and needs a major adjustment.
I am a regular customer at this location. I come here as a form of exercise and eating healthy. I am a senior, walking 25 min one-way in proper shoes meant for walking. I was VERY disappointed when I ordered a wrap and requested the free 12oz smoothie for Flip Flop Day. I do not own flip flops, they are horrible for support. Anyhow, as I was sitting eating my wrap and drinking the smoothie I paid for, I saw person after person come in and walk out with a free smoothie, not purchasing anything else. What really made me irritated was not everyone who got the free 12oz were wearing flip flops! Here is a picture with an example I snapped of a group of 4 that came in together. They are waiting for 4 free 12oz smoothies but only 2 of them were wearing flip flops!
I ordered acai bowl but they gave me chia oatmeal bowl. When i see my order is wrong i asked the lady and she told me “I charged for chia oatmeal bowl i can’t replace” . Please make sure when you hire employee they have basic “understand” skill. I will never back here again.
The lady who assisted me seemed uninterested and unfriendly, failing to crack a smile even once during our order. Their lack of warmth and welcoming demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I just added on my blacklist spot!
