Not only was it clean the young black smoothie maker girl with braids made my smoothie amazing I usually don’t come to tropical smoothie because I don’t want my smoothie watered down but today was wonderful
This place became my go-to place almost every day. Their yogurt bowls and salads are so good that I think of them every time I need to get food ????
Almost gave 5 stars but an error was made on an allergen of the smoothie and didn't know so I needed to replace it but that wouldn't. Brand new untouched. Not the best customer service. But I enjoyed the rest of our meals. The ending of our experience could have been better with simple redo of the smoothie. And this review would have been different. Thanks anyways. ????
We bought the avocado grill cheese sandwich with 2 dark chocolate, banana and peanut butter smoothie. They were delicious. They only thing I didn’t like was the advertisement for uploading the app wasn’t clear. It’s in small print you have to wait 24 hours to get it.
Next to the Orlando School of Music. Nice clean bathrooms. Manager takes full responsibility of the store, has a great team. Clean place and thus great food and Smoothies.
Best place to get an açaí bowl. I went yesterday to the one at edge water and I added extra peanut butter but they barely put also not much granola. So I’ll say this location is the best for açaí bowl. Please don’t change ????
Ding #2 I had to use my receipt from my last in order to make these comments of dissatisfaction. I did not make it to this store today 1/8/24. On my way there I was having issues with my apps so I couldn't place an order via the app. So, I figured I would call in my order so I wouldn't have to wait. When I called a lady answered and I said I would like to place an order for pick up. the reply was we don't take orders over the phone. you have to use the app or door dash. I replied back with I have used other stores, and they do. The lady answered with well we don't. I said thank you and hung up the phone. My 1st time in the store I had placed my order via the app, and no one bothered to greet, thank me, Etc., etc. I travel and get to many different locations. To go to this store, I had to go out of my way, so it is not like it was on my way to my destination. Adding 10 minutes more to my drive. This store has lost my business, nor will I recommend it. I will go further out of my way for the Winter Park store. where they do answer the phone, take phone orders and know how to treat the customer. If you don't take care of your customer someone else will.
I came in last minute right before close (I hate being that guy) but I had to get my ill wife a smoothie because she couldn’t eat regular food. Shemerien was so kind even though they had already cleaned the kitchen and the blenders. She was more than willing to serve our needs and went above and beyond. Thank you Shemerien!
