I was unaware that tropical smoothie had açaí bowls. I ordered one and the chia banana boost with strawberries. The smoothie tasted mostly like bananas but it wasn’t bad.
I returned to Titusville location at about 1:55 to have part of an online order replaced, the item label was correct but item was not prepared as labeled. I waited for a worker (there were at least 5 present) to acknowledge me, one who was at the counter looked at me and I raised the bag to indicate I had a return and I was ignored. A few moments pass and a different employee brings an unrelated order to the counter, she made eye contact with me and I approached and said excuse me, and she turned around and swiftly walked away without a word while I was still speaking. I get the original employee's attention again, and I place the bag on the counter (he still has yet to actually speak to me) and I begin to explain that I need to replace the item. He says, "what?" a bit loud, so I repeat myself and he interrupts and says "what??" and then removes a wireless ear bud from his ear. I explain the problem and he says nothing and walks away with it and gives it to someone else to remake. Almost ten minutes later, I get the replacement. At no time was an apology offered nor was the inconvenience for their mistake acknowledged. I did not appreciate being clearly seen by staff and blatantly ignored while I'm already missing lunch with the rest of my family because of their mistake. I attempted to write this to Tropical Smoothie directly via their contact page, but their online forms would not allow me to proceed to the end.
Considering I see a different set of teenagers every time I come here I can imagine it's difficult to keep an employee that can operate a blender. But please for the love of God, blend my smoothies longer in the future so I can actually consume it through a straw. It's straight ice and frozen banana.
I think Hannah needs a break. She stood at the register clicking buttons and staring into space until I eventually asked if I could order food- so weird. Then she started talking to a coworker about vomiting and how vomiting water is, “the worst.” For the record I totally agree but like, ew. Then she legit slung my bag onto the counter and didn’t say a word. As if I couldn’t get out of there fast enough for this woman ???? Thai chicken wrap 10/10 tho ????
Love the food & smoothies here! Fresh and tasty! However sometimes a new employee comes in & cuts the wraps at such a hard angle. I have to eat it with a fork. This is what happened today, please train them not to cut this way.

Been so disappointed lately with orders being wrong, & how the angle of the wraps being cut? This one was cut poorly & busting out on the ends, how is anyone supposed to eat this going down the road? For $7.99 I would hope for better. Have thrown a few away & just didn't bother. Think we're done for a while. Sorry
purchased 2 smoothies. at checkout the machine asked about a tip. As I was not dining in, I tried choosing no tip. Machine did not appear to accept this. I finally pushed a down arrow key feeling that would cash me out. Cashier held my slip asking if I wanted it. When taking it I found I was charged 2.50 for a tip. I don’t understand why a tip is expected for every transaction.
I had to go back to thank Salome for my smoothie. I've been going to tropical smoothie for the last 7 years and this has been the Best smoothie so far. Thank you Salome, for your attention and your smoothie!!
My best friend worked here and yall fired her, best dishwasher ever, also she's good at making sandwiches ☺️????
