Ordered the expensive açaí bowl and the fruit was mushy and they put almonds instead of granola ???? too expensive for you all to be making it wrong! Pay attention! They want tips but can’t get a simple order right!!! No more orders for me
Quality of food and customer service were above average. Staff was friendly and wait time for food and drink was ok. No issues eating at this establishment. Will be back in the future.
I am totally disabled. A friend keeps reminding me to treat myself once in a while. So today I ordered a smoothie and some other food. Yes the smoothie was worth every penny.but the rest of my food order was the worst ever . Never will I order food from Tropical Smoothie again. What a total waste of my money . Again I repeat the smoothie was great

2 times ordering through the app for Doordarsh my food has been stolen. When Doordarsh called manager he wanted me to order thru the app again to get my food. Never got my first refund from them and have yet to receive for the second time. Door dash refunded them so they could refund me and nothing. Also there was a time they sent me a 10 foliar gift card for a missing item and turned put the card they sent me had already been used and there was no money on it.

I have never been to tropical smoothie until tonight, I didn’t realize how much the price would be so I said Nevermind And then apologized for wasting their time. The girl who was taking care of me said it was no problem and seemed really friendly… that was until I was on my way out the door and all I hear is her screaming “YESSSSSSS! YESSSS!”. I guess she was happy that she didn’t have to make my order? Lol. It was super unprofessional and definitely made me feel unwanted towards the end.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go to location for alcohol free frozen drinks. My go to smoothie is the Sunshine Smoothie (mango, pineapple, orange juice & banana). The rest are also really good also. Will see you all soon
