Quesadilla and Buffalo chicken wrap were ehhh. Tables always seem to be sticky when you try and eat there. We do love their smoothies though!
I haven't been here in so long. I'm glad I decided to return. I just love the smoothies. Oh, and that expensive azz smoothie fruit bowl isn't worth no 10.00. I'm under the assumption that it has a yogurt base. Nope!???? when I asked, the young lady sure didn't tell me it was a smoothie frozen base. Good, but not filling.
More than I'd like to pay for an okayish smoothie. Cheap, fast food quality that takes forever. Staff can vary from day to day, but generally more interested in talking to each other. If you want a smoothie, go here. Their food is on par with taco bell or a subway thats in the not so good part of town. Last time I went, all of the tables were pushed up against the wall, standing room only.
Went this evening to get my 10 year old daughter a hummus veggie wrap. She just had one the other day and loved it. She hasnt eaten meat her entire life and hasn’t had any desire to. We got home and she began eating her wrap only to begin spitting it out. There was chicken throughout. She was extremely upset. I have attempted to call the store multiple times with no success of reaching someone to discuss this with.
They literally never answer the phone. Called many times and no answer. The food is good but the ordering process sucks. Online order is ok but they are missing menu items you can order at the store. I miss the Muscle Blaster
Filthy. This is not what I'm used to when it comes to tropical smoothie. I've been to this store several times and the staff are clearly young and poorly managed. I'm not sure why this is the only typical smoothie that didn't cut wraps unless requested. Extremely poor overall experience and poor reflection on the franchise.
I go here every now and then but always get great customer service and smoothies always taste great and are made quickly!
This place sucks. I ordered a delivery order through their app. It took 1.5 hours to get here and we’re missing a sandwich. All 3 smoothies we ordered were completely melted. Was not in the mood for juice. Not only are they getting free money but I’m out dinner and the money with no way to complain or offer feedback. Don’t order here unless it’s in person.
