The manager did promptly refund the order when I spoke to them, so 5 stars for service.
My buffalo chicken wrap was served ice cold. The cheese wasn't even sort of melted (see the picture) its like they forgot to cook it.
Update: Visit today 2/11- I chose to continue to give your team a try instead of taking the option of contacting you via your website, in hopes of maybe your staffing at this location has gotten better, but here we are. Today, I have reached an all-time disappointment with a company because of "General Manager Clara." If she is the general manager, I'm no longer curious as to why this tropical smoothie is consistently the worst cafe/restaurant I've ever been to. I submitted the details of todays "utterly jaw-droppingly poor customer service experience" experience on their website. TLDR; Clara consistently over spoke me asking for contact information, missing half of what I was asking her about our audio clarity, seemingly to cause her frustration with me to grow even higher. If people are in "general management" positions, they should generally understand how to manage their behavior with customers. I also had a visit on 2/7 where my smoothie was so incredibly chunky throughout that I have no idea if the whey protein was added (it's usually much less sweet and lighter in color with it) and it wasn't even drinkable through the straw. I've added that picture.
Placed a pickup order for one smoothie bowl. I had to wait a little bit for it to be ready so I went to the car wash. I arrived to pick up the bowl, at the drive-thru, and the employee politely informed me that corporate doesnt allow them to allow customers to pick up their orders via the drive-thru. It would've been helpful to know that "policy" before or while placing my order. DoorDash is for convenience and accessibility - this "policy" is obviously not mindful of that.
I have revisited the restaurant, and they have definitely made some changes. I am assuming they added new items to their menu. If not the new menu lay out is just updated and very well. They have a variety of healthier options. This will always be a win over traditional fast food options any day. I would rather pay more for healthier foods. I like that they add calories by the options as well for those who care. Big step up!! Will continue to spend my money here.
They are not disappointing on consistently disappointing these days. Not only did they soak this buffalo chicken wrap they could not even wrap it in Tropical Smoothie paper. They did cut it in half this time tho. No pride in their jobs. This used to be the best restaurant ever! Everything used to be perfect every time. What happened to the portion size also? Disappointed.
I have visited this location on quite a few occasions. The smoothies have always been wonderful. It’s very easy to hold an ingredient or add an ingredient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually visit first thing in the morning and the service is great and the wait time is minimal.
Food is ok, smoothies are ok. The service isn't that great only due to the wait time before you get your order. You would think a place like that would get your order out to you a bit faster but on the other hand the staff is very friendly.
I've been in the drive thru quite a few times and every time, even when it's just me or one other car, it's a 10-15min wait. More than one car and you're sitting there longer. I ordered online today, got there 20min after it was ordered and told them I was there to pick it up. I guess it "wasn't ready" cause the guy just glanced over and then went back to what he was doing before. More people came in and about 20 more min later they started getting their food. I asked again and said it had been now 40min since I ordered and they found my food just sitting on the back counter. Of course now it's cold and I'm reheating it at home. They didn't even say sorry or offer any kind of incentive or anything. Never going back to this location. It's the worst.
The food here is always good. The service is usually great as well except for this particular day the young lady got my order wrong. Mistakes happen so I didn't mention it, plus it looked good.
