Very disappointed in this store and it's customer service. My first visit I came to pick up an order when I walked in I was never acknowledged or asked if I needed any assistance while I was standing at the counter and it took them about 3 to 4 minutes and to acknowledge me after I had to let someone know I needed assistance to pick up my order. Crazy because I was the only customer standing there and totally got looked over. The second visit I went through the drive-thru with my husband and ordered a wrap combo and it was really good ans fixed so neatly so that prompted me to go back the next day but I was very disappointed with the customer service because we got lettuce that was old and it was fixed so sloppy. So I called to get a replacement order and it was questionable if I could get a replacement order after spending over $30, so I had to call back again and I spoke with a manager that decided to replace it. I went to pick up my replacement and sadly was looked at and wasn't greeted again when I walked through the door. I mean no welcome at all. I did however meet beautiful Jasmine, the manager, and she replaced my order for me and also Miguel did come up to me and apologize for my order being messed up, so I do appreciate their integrity and helping me. Also the health department needs to change that C rating on the door if they actually have a better grade as I was told it was incorrect. Hope this store gets it together being in the beautiful Carolina Forest area. This store needs a upbeat and bright atmosphere with greetings and smiles.
This store needs to be more service oriented. Everyone in their zone, no welcome, no acknowledgement that we were there to order. After 8 minutes waiting, they took my order. The employees seem robotic.
Tonight I had a completely different experience from what I’ve come to expect at this location. As you can see from reviews they typically take forever going through the drive and aren’t friendly. I was through the drive through tonight in five minutes and got very friendly service. Food was accurate and the lady that handed me my food wished me a good evening and a safe drive home( it was raining). I’d come way more if it was always this way. The servers name in my ticket was Jasmine, but there was two very friendly people that helped me.
The smoothies are awesome ???? You can get a variety of flavors and different sizes. There's different kinds of add-ons like a fat burner. I love tropical smoothie ????
Ordered a group order for my family. Made it to the window and was asked "what was your order" had to repeat everything again to him because the first person didn't enter in when I was saying it through the drive through apparently. Customer service is horrible. They are all young and don't want to be there and it shows. Food.. it's hard to mess up a smoothy. So the smoothies and food were average. Will definitely drive further next time.
This is my first time at this location. Do NOT use the drive thru!! From start to finish, it took me 16 minutes to get thru! They took my order and suggested the apple slaw, no mention of the Kale in the slaw. Never read back my order. Gave me my total without confirming my order so, instead of a salad and apple slaw, I ended up with a sloppy wrap and KALE apple slaw, about 3 bites worth. I got a mumbled, half hearted apology about the wait and she closed the window on me. When I called, the manager wasn't there and I was told to call back. How do you run a business with no supervisor on duty?!
This is the third time we have tried to eat here. Each time we have had a wait a while. This time we ordered and asked for no tomatoes on something. All items had no tomatoes, one sandwich was burned on the corner and the drive thru took a long time. The person taking our order was tired or grumpy. No one says thank you or you are welcome. Customer service is really a must in the world today. We won’t be back. This is the location off of River Oaks.
This place is ALWAYS overwhelmed and understaffed. You can wait a good 20 minutes or more for a smoothie. It's not worth the wait
