Lady that took my order was very nice. Manager told her they can’t substitute sweet potatoes instead of chicken on a salad. There are no salad options that do not have meat. Ordered the kale apple slaw as a side and the sweet potatoes as a side. The kale was yellowed (old) and apple was gross (old and very soggy) sweet potatoes not fully cooked kinda still hard. Asked for salt and pepper to try to make the items more palatable but they said they don’t have any - again nice lady goes and asks manager. So I gave a 3 star just because the lady working the front was trying so hard. The music is really loud. I will not be back.
Sandwich quality differs depending on who makes it. Smoothies are inconsistent as well. The açaí bowls are a pleasant treat.
Delicious as always. Very kind people. I accidentally ordered sooner than I could pick up the food, gave them a call and they were very helpful to keep my food warm. When I went in the lady with short salt and pepper hair re made my flatbread as soon as I told her that I called in earlier (very nice of her to do that without me asking) it was the best chicken chipotle flatbread I’ve had. Will keep coming back. I appreciate it
Our work group orders here on a regular basis. We all love the acai bowls. Once, there was an issue with the delivery, but the delivery company and Tropical Smoothie sent a refund right away. This location is better than the one on 20th Street. Also, we order so often that they ran out of fruit, the manager went to a local store, picked up the items and made our acai bowls. We appreciate everyone here!!
Smells , service was AWFUL and if they make your smoothie wrong just expect an attitude. No refunds either ????. A girl from the back came up & offered to remake my smoothie ( she handled that situationbetter then the MANAGER) , but the WHOLE time they were over there giggling while making them. Ended up throwing away the smoothies wasted $25. I would recommend going to the other tropical smoothie.
My wrap was ice cold on the inside (its like they just restocked the stuff from the freezer). What makes it worse was that the wrap was toasted. The icing on the cake was that it took someone more roughly 5 minutes to even greet me at the register.
Don't waste your money!
The employees were on their phone just standing around. Took 30 minutes to receive 3 yogurt bowls. The bowls seemed to have been sitting out for a while since they were melted and warm.
$9 3-cheese chicken wrap consisted of tortilla with cheap cheese and a few pieces rubber meat. Bottled ice tea was half frozen. When I asked for another, cashier showed the supervisor who scolded the cashier, saying it was fine, not frozen, just well chilled.
