Accidentally ordered online at this location, which is entirely my mistake. I attempted to call the store to cancel the order. I called 4 times and the phone line rang repeatedly and went unanswered. So I can't cancel on the app. I can't cancel over the phone. I'm out $8 and a smoothie.
We are frequent customers at this location but will be traveling further to avoid the poor customer service. We just left on 2/7 at around 4:40. My son got two smoothies and a sandwich. It wasn't busy but service was extremely slow and with much laughter in the back.One customer left without his order because he was so fed up and two employees from a near by restaurant came to get their order that was placed that morning and got a response, "we haven't started that order." When my son got home the sandwich was barely wrapped. This use to be a great location but service has gone way down in the last year to 18 months.
Never going back. Employees will insult customers within earshot even if the place is empty, not a good atmosphere. I usually just order and leave getting a smoothie for lunch or on brutal days with little sleep paired with extended work hours a smoothie and a food item. The food is pretty good, sometimes the smoothies aren't blended all the way but it's nothing I would complain about. I always tip 15%, but I honestly shouldn't of tipped this time. I dont want to go to get food at place when I'm already having a hard day wherein the employees will make fun of me or other ppl. If y'all are having a hard day and want a treat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner don't come here.
Surprised by the updated decor when I walked in today. I was very impressed and drawn to the white panelled walls decorated w large colorful pics of island life. The menu boards and kitchen area have been freshen up as well. Overall, the place was very attractive and inviting. I ordered a Blimey Limey which was quickly prepared and tasted great! Food items are served too.
I messed up and sent my order to the wrong store. They resolved my issue fixed the order for me. They were very quick with there orders. To they got people in and out. Of course my food was fantastic as well fresh and well put together.
1/22/24@2:20pm placed an order for Bahama Mama and Tai chicken wrap. The young lady (and I’m being kind with calling her a lady)that made my wrap was EXTREMELY RUDE slung my order on the counter and as I was leaving out I heard her saying she was being stared at the whole time. I assumed she was talking about me since she slung my order on the counter and walked off. I was surprised because I wasn’t paying her any mind whatsoever, and definitely not looking at her, but now I wished I was because my wrap was terrible. I however was more consumed with the inappropriate conversation she and her coworkers were having while me and other guest were waiting for our orders. They were loud and obnoxious, talking badly about other girls.
They definitely could use some retraining on customer service and being mindful of their conversations that aren’t work appropriate. I’ve read several other comments about this particular location and it seems to be the same issue.
I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!! And I will tell my coworkers to do the same.
I came in at around 8pm so the shop was empty. I could see one girl sweeping and heard another cleaning in the back. I called out to them but they didn’t hear me.
It made me kind of nervous to just stand there, so I went behind the counter and poked my head in the doorway to say hello, just in case it was too loud to hear me. Both of them were caught off guard and at first just gaping at me, but eventually they realized I was just there to order.
Smoothie came out very quickly and was tasty as expected. Probably the only reason I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2
I had a rather annoying experience at the last location I was at so I came here. They were very professional and had my order ready rather quickly which was impressive considering they were busy. Kudos to this team!!!
