Wondered around looking for something healthy and settled from them since I am Danial’s with the brand. Wanted to try something new and refreshing. So I got this oatmeal açaí bowl and I actually enjoyed it. I just wish it was bigger lol. It wasn’t too heavy, it was tasteful, and it blended just well. I rewarded myself with a snickerdoodle cookie also. Amazing. I did take some time to make though but it was worth it. Would recommend
I normally have no issues with my smoothie when I do order but for some reason today they gave me someone else's smoothie. Normally an island green is green. Clearly not my smoothie. Even when I add extra protein, kiwi and strawberries it's still green. Very disappointed ????
I had the watermelon smoothie and it was fantastic! I love how the fruit is fresh and they make it fresh right in front of you. The staff was interesting- I would recommend putting your introverts in back of house, not the one taking orders. Made me uncomfortable and left me wondering if she had any emotions. No hello how are you or any facial expressions. Another teen went from on his phone straight to making smoothies without washing hands, I can only image how many germs are on his phone. There’s a lot to choose from and I’m excited to go back and try another smoothie! I would recommend this location for pickup.
I like Tropical Smoothie but this location is the worst one I've been to. The smoothies often taste like water or have so much ice it's basically a flavorless icee. They often miss ingredients or recently add random ingredients to the entrees for whatever reason. When either of these aren't the case, they will take 30 minutes to prepare a standard order for one.
Very busy with customers. I see a lot of people waiting, but the staff is very few. The guy at the register is incredibly friendly and gave service with a smile. I'll def be coming back just because of him.
I’ve ordered from them about 10 times and been satisfied about twice. Missing items from combos, poor quality control, missing smoothie ingredients. Never order through a delivery service. They won’t tell you what’s missing until it arrives. They couldn’t be worse if they actively tried. The photo included is their portion. Sandwich missing lettuce, tomato, and ranch. Chips not included. Their straws are annoyingly small. Seriously - just order the right sized straws. Pay the extra cent per straw. They’re really bad. Definitely done ordering from this location and I hope they get new management or go out of business.

This particular location is my favorite! They’re always so friendly, and relatively quick. The food is great, and the smoothies are AMAZING! I have waited a little longer than usual for my order once before, but they were so apologetic that I didn’t mind. Very nice place. It’s our only place to get smoothies now.
