I had a very untasteful experience at this location. I ordered the veggie wrap and it was almost inedible. There were huge chunks of red onions (I love red onions but the hard chunks were nasty) plus really big hard pieces of the romaine lettuce. I don't usually pick apart my food but I couldn't eat as it was.
Ordered the chipotle chicken flatbread on the internet for delivery when I got the sandwich it was so much lettuce on it that when I taken it off it was hardly any chicken on it so much chipotle sauce the bread was soggy and around the edges of the bread was hard. I have much respect for the food service workers with dealing with rude customers even violent ones. None of it is deserved I used to be one.But this is not right at all as a paying customer I expect edible food times is hard and everyday the prices are of just about everything is sky rocking I cook a lot at home for a reason but every now and then I would like something else please at least give me what I pay for.
This store does not accept coupons nor the survey discount that you get off of their own receipts so I wont be going back because TS is too expensive to pay full price.
If this is the location by planet fitness I'll say this. I came in tired after a arm workout. Dropped my phone one. Had a seltzer on me but I wasnt drinking it. They called the cops on me n had me arrested claiming I was drunk in public. I was arrested! Those 2 women who work the late afternoon shift need to be fired. I was embarrassed n had to pay a hefty fine. I have never had service workers lie to the cops on me they did. Red head woman black woman. Fire them! I just wanted a flat bread n to be on my way
It was busy when I went but the customer service always amazing. It was only 2 of them working but they were on go. She acknowledged every guest that came in and was so nice.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Manager was very rude and did not want to speak about a concern. If interested in tropical smoothie, drive one more mile to the great neck location. This location is terrible and will likely close due to inadequate service.
I used to love this place. However, lately they've gotten order after order wrong. They take much longer. And I've even been ignored. Prices are up with less product. And behind the counter you can see the product is browning a lot more and looks off.
My last time in there, I was ignored completely. I walked in, the only customer there with only one order on the screen. And in my 5 minutes of waiting, I wasn't even acknowledged once. First time I ever walked out of a Tropical Smoothie.
Oh. My. Word. Such horrible customer service. I stood for 5 minutes in front of the counter and the three workers that were mixing other customers orders refused to even ask for my order or if I'd been waited on. Absolutely avoid this location. The customer service is wretched.
