Always love a good smoothie and food ain't bad. People are always friendly here.
But all tropical smoothies lack atmosphere. Just feels blah inside. Back in the day the 1st tropical smoothie I went to in VA was pretty nice decorations and then made it seem like a tropical resort. Now a days they're just a bland "modern" inside and that's boring
The tropical smoothie on Roosevelt has been wonderful for a long time. Nothing topped yesterday at the eclipse where my family unintentionally spent the duration of the event with the entire team. It was a joyous time with everyone as we experienced the event together. The manager has always been awesome and is attentive of his customers and employees. Such a small building that focuses mainly on drive thru and pick up, but that building has never been short staffed whenever I've been there. You take care of your employees. They take care of the customers. The business keeps coming, and the cycle continues. Thank you, team. My family and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
I love TS. Their smoothies just make you feel good! The wraps are totally delicious but quite pricey. The service has always been great but I usually order online as you get good rewards through the app and don't have to wait
Busy place never a disappointment. Hit it just before the lunch crowd. Thought I'd try something new. Supergreen Caesar Chicken wrap was hot and tasty. Avolacado Smoothie w/energy to get me through my Monday!
Was looking forward to hummus wrap..went inside to order and 5 people doing lots of nothing finally got my wrap and then to daughters house. This was not a hummus wrap no hummus at all looked like white rice with tomatoes...I am babysitting so could no go back so I ate it was starving...Terrible. Ii even left a tip so disappointed and annoyed. I've had hummus wraps many times at other tropical smoothies and were great. How can you make this right?

When I tell you they did the dog on thing. My turkey bacon ranch on ciabatta ???? Bahama Mama smoothie I ask for Splenda instead of the sugar it was almost gone by the time I got home ???? I was one happy customer. Excellent service on today. P. S. I was there two days ago and I got Island Green smoothie only delicious ????
