My son loves the food and drinks here, which is nice because it's actually somewhat healthy (at least compared to McDonald's and Taco Bell).
The sandwiches are reasonably priced for as good as they are too. It's definitely one of our go-to fast food places!
Please explain what happened to this apple. Also, I agree with the comments about customer service.
I agree with what every review that disapproves of this location. The customer service is lacking. They lack the skills to make the smoothie properly, and I would know since the tropical smoothie near my home makes the same smoothies but better. The staff at this location do not acknowledge your presence and take a long time to make the smoothies as well. I will not return.
Customer service is trash. Had me waiting bc they couldn’t get my account to pull up my free smoothie after scanning. Then she refused to let me add my own supplement into my drink. I go to the King st location all the time and they allow me to do it. This location sucks and needs new management
I spoke with the manager and asked if they can make a parfait and I was told that they could. I placed an order and paid but didn’t receive what I ordered. I spoke with someone who said that he’s the owner. I explained to him that a parfait is not watery. I asked the guy for a positive solution and he told me that there will be no solution. They stole my money and didn’t correct the order. I told the guy that I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back and he lifted his shoulders nonchalantly and said go ahead. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior especially for an owner. This is theft. They have the order and they have my money. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint.
Update: I file a complaint with my bank and my bank made sure that I received my money back. The bank process was very quick and I received my refund back the next day.
This location ignores their online orders if they’re busy and serves all the people who ordered in store first. You will have to ask them to make your order. What’s the value of ordering online?
Visits to this location have made me realize that maybe other tropical smoothies are not so bad…????
Included a picture of my detox island green which tasted terrible (i threw it out) and was clearly darker than they ever are. Are you guys just using bad vegetables??
