Ordered the chicken chorizo 'dilla and a detox island in the app. The quesadilla was ok, I like flavor so the sauce was necessary. Smoothie was excellent. The location was clean, staff was attentive, food was on time and a good experience as usual.
I did an online order for pick up and didn’t realize it was the wrong location until I got to tropical smoothie in laurel to pick up my smoothies. I called the college park location to let them know I accidentally ordered my smoothies to the wrong location and I do not drive so I could not get to them. They told me they don’t do refunds. This is crazy they basically just scammed me out of my money. Ofc I called my bank and just disputed the charge because there is no way you’re gonna get money out of me for something I did not receive. You guys need to have better customer service.
I work down the street and this is my 3rd time coming and last! Every time I come in here , the attitudes are just nasty. I feel very unwelcome and there’s needs to be additional training on how customers should be treated! Every time I ask for something additional, I get the side eye. Rolling of the eyes. I just can’t. The lady with the red hair and manager gave me the worst experience!
Don’t go here! I got bad food poisoning and tried calling the place 5 times no one answered!
Update: I’ve gotten food poisoning from contaminated rice. The people working are not following food safety protocols and are leaving food out at room temperature and serving it to people. I know other people who have also gotten food poisoning from this location and I’ve also seen numerous reviews stating that they are not wearing gloves while preparing food.
Great cafe in the College Park area, pretty clean as well! I ordered a Strawberry Margarita Mocktail and it was delicious and refreshing.
It was $7.99 which I feel is a bit overpriced but not unreasonable, as the drink was sizable. However, I believe the drinks are all pre-made and not freshly made after you order.
It’s worth my first try for a smoothie!
Though I missed to be in the first 20 free customers for a year, which is ultimately a real bonus offer! I personally like the place for their smiling faces, addressing the customers by their names, hygiene and especially the open kitchen or preparation style!
I got a Mango Magic 400 Calories and Peanut Butter cup 710 Calories approximately for later!

- Hope if you have one of this 10 plus one free card, that can add traffic!
- Tie up with some Gym/fitness/beauty or health center in the neighborhood with added discounts!
- Flyers as usual, through which I came to try as well

I placed an order (specifying no cheese) and they added cheese anyway. I called the store because I did not want to give a poor rating on UberEats. I addressed my concern to the woman that answered the phone and she said "sorry to hear that". She made no attempt to remedy the issue or give a genuine apology (as I know accidents can happen). She was very impolite. My rating is based on poor customer service; additionally, I had to throw away the bowl due to my dietary restrictions.
One of my favorite lunch spots, clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food. For $10 you can get a flatbread sandwich, side, and a smoothie. The food is healthy and filling. They also have an app where you can earn rewards for each visit.
