I'm so SICK OF THIS PLACE, not adding my EXTRA CHIPOTLE MAYO. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME, AND YET AGAIN, THERE IS NO!!! EXTRA SAUCE.
HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO EAT THIS DRY SANDWICH?? MY CO WORKER ORDERS FOR US, AND ITS CLEARLY ON THE TIX.
IM SO SICK OF NOT GETTING WHAT I ASK FOR.

I have visited this location several times and this is the first time I've ever encountered such a hateful employee. The obese AA gentlemen with the small afro was very rude, unprofessional and downright disgusting in his interaction. I sat at the drive thru window for roughly 4 mins with no one coming to the window and I was patiently waiting, talking to my sister on the phone. Suddenly, there is a tap on my window, I let the windows down immediately to this person with a horrible attitude from the start. He begin his first sentence with "Well you were". I was completely confused about what his attitude was about. He goes on to say "never mind..you had the mango smoothie?" Im.confused and tell him go ahead and say what you were going to say bc I'm trying to understand what his issue. He goes on to ignore my question and rudely repeat "so you had the mango berry?" I said, I was here for about 5 mins and no one came to the window so I was looking straight ahead talking on the phone but what is your attitude about?" Then I answered yes I have the mango berry smoothie. He states the total is $8.05 still with a nasty attitude. At which point, I say to him he can lose the attitude. I know I haven't done anything to this person and I don't appreciate his nastiness. He then proceeds to hand me my smoothie horizontally at a 90 degree angle. The smoothie is literally dripping onto the ground bc of how he holding outside the drive window. I did not reach for it and told him I'm not accepting that. You do not hand me a drink like that. He looked me in my eyes and dropped it on the ground. At which point, I still didn't get upset and told him that's fine, you can make another. He immediately snaps I'll give you a refund but I'm not making another one. I said fine, I'll sit in the drive thru until you make another one. At which point, he closes the drive thru window and proceeds to start cursing. I could hear him from my vehicle. He goes outside to help another customer. When I started recording he puts a mask on and waves at me through the window. I finish recording and I leave the drive thru and go yo another tropical smoothie with excellent customer service. I called this location to speak to the manager and this guy answered the phone and proceeds to hang up in my face 5 times. I did not yell, did not curse and this man proceeded to be absolutely disgusting. Please conduct training with this person and remind him of the professionalism and customer service your location normally demonstrates. Obviously, he is new but his behavior will not be tolerated. Do not ever hand me a smoothie horizontally and expect me to reach for it. I respect myself and others and expect the same in return.
This has been my go to store but certain incidents the last few times I've been in and I am completely grossed out! A few weeks ago I brought home smoothies that tasted like it was old dirty ice. Had to return them they were disgusting. Today my visit was another issue, two employees were untangling another employees long hair and then touching the mixers, straws, other items used for making smoothies without washing there hands. I am baffled that they are not trained properly to know this is a no go around food being served. Then I proceeded to see two other employees cleaning the walls and dirty air vents with dusters with open food cabinets for smoothies, customers eating, and dust flying around. This is my last stop here????
2 weeks ago I phoned an order while visiting my family in the hospital. When I called and advised the order was wrong. The manager made sure to let me know that he would correct the order or refund it for me but I would have to make sure to bring the wrong order back. Which was no problem! But it tickled me because why? For you to throw it away. You’re basically implying that I am a liar and only trying to get free food if you ask me. But no problem I’ll bring the entire order to you.
Today I called to place the an order and requested to sub the wrap with flatbread only to be told that it’s their policy not to make it on that particular bread. This particular sandwich use to be on the menu!! Is this Franchised?? This place is utterly ridiculous
This place is terrible. Super slow. Ordered online and when I went to pick up order the lobby was closed, so I had to go sit in drive through(ordering online was to skip the drive through) when we got to the window it was 20 minutes past pick up time and the smoothies were melted neither sandwich was made. The employees seemed to have no motivation or care about the orders or providing quality service.
Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. I’m still waiting for my order and I arrived here at 3pm, it’s currently 3:21pm, there are 2 cars ahead of me and 7 behind me. I’ve tried multiple times to give this Tropical Smoothie an opportunity and it’s always been an epic fail. It either results in a close to 30 minute drive thru wait, an inaccurate order, a rude employee or all of the above. Don’t waste your time or money. The one on Dunn Avenue is better.
We ordered the jerk chicken wrap, and it was delicious. The smoothie was very light and refreshing. My kids enjoyed eating the grill cheese quesadilla. The staff wasn't too friendly, but the food outweighed that issue.
The manager here is rude. I normally get the Caribbean Jerk chicken on a flatbread, after stating my order she goes to say “she can’t make it, because it’s going to be sloppy , I further informed her I have order this plenty of times here.” She rudely stated “obviously they have not been following the rules and she can’t make it” when I proceeded to talk to the manger inside (turns out she was the one taking my order) her tone completely shifted to say it’s company new policy. So ok you had a 24 hour policy change. However ,If “we” as customers are supporting your business regardless of your company’s changing policy at least be polite when you are addressing us in the drive thru or informing us of the changes. I am not responsible for your employee lack of training, I was simple a returning customer placing my normal order.
