First time at this location, we went for dinner.
Food is good. It is authentic Ecuadorian (coast side of the country type)
Prices are OK.
Portions are good.
Service is good.
Place needs to update, clean and sanitize. Fabric seats have to be replace, tables needs to be better clean. Bathroom needs cleaning and to have everything in working order.
PLUS ➕ each table has a hand sanitizer bottle, I thought it was nice.
Music is way too much of loudness.
Tip is already included in the check.
Good neighborhood restaurant. The restaurant is cute with outdoor seating. The food is Ecuadorian and there are also some Colombian dishes. The have a national dish named Guatita which is very good here. It consists of tripe and potatoes cut into small pieces and in a peanut sauce. It is accompanied by rice and fried plantains. They food comes with sides and the portions are big. The service is good and so are the prices. This neighborhood restaurant is worth checking out at least once.

This is my second time coming to this restaurant, and I am just not impressed. I tried to give it a chance. The food is just not great.
The service, however, is superb. My encebollado was so watery that it had almost no flavor. Also, I wish they had a traditional hot sauce available. The ones they have are mixed with mayo, and I can't add that to my encebollado!

The best Ecuadorian food in NY. Ruben who is the manager of the restaurant is a very nice person. Food, service and prices are excellent. Congratulations to the owner for the excellent person in charge that he has in this location. I’ll be back always. Highly recommended!
I always order encebollado from this place and it was always great until today. My encebollado wasn’t tasty like before. It had big chunks of tomato and little to no fish. I’m not sure who’s cooking encebollados like these but please go back to having great encebollados.
Disappointed today. My sopa marinera was so simple and lacked of so many main ingredients. Excuse was they forgot. Please be more careful ????????????

Be very careful here they include tips in the bill, even for one person eating alone, and they look at you pretending that you don't want to tip them.
