Troopers Collision was very accomodating during my last trip to Macon! I had my driver's side window busted in. Needed it fixed ASAP, given I was only in town for a couple days. They went way out of their way to have the window delivered and installed in under 24 hours... and they did not price gouge me. I've got a lot of respect for these guys. A++ service and I couldn't be more thankful!
Used Trooper's in the past and had excellent service. Was very satisfied with repairs and the reasonable price.
They were quick and efficient, they listened to me on how I wanted the repairs done also where other shops had not. Also gave me the best quote in the area!
Trooper and David and his guys have always done top notch work - been doing business with these guys for over 25 years . Excellent customer service and u can never tell vehicle ever was in a accident . Highly recommend !

Troopers has had my car for over 60 days and its still not ready! I've been told for the past 2 weeks that my car was in the paint shop. I called today and was told that I needed a new dash board!!! This was never mentioned. When I called this past Monday I was told it would be ready by the end of the week!! They might do great work but they give you the run around that's for sure!
I took my car to trooper's to do a repair on a minor accident I had that the other company didn't do correct. It's been while over a month an I had to keep calling asking was my car done begging if they can please finish my car. No one ever call the customer service could we a lot better. It's crazy i still haven't got my car because of how there trying to screw the insurance company. It's crazy how a company would try an charge someone over 9 thousands dollars knowing you really didn't do 9 thousands dollars worth of work. Maybe one day I will get my car back but I do know no matter how good the work is they will never touch my car again . 10/02/2017 UNTIL ?????
DO NOT USE. I was in a minor accident and this was the nearest shop that partners with my insurance, so I made the mistake of going to Trooper's. Two major problems:
-Terrible communication. They had my car for a month and they *never* called me, even to tell me to pick it up, despite multiple promises to follow up. I had to call them once or twice a week for updates--usually, just excuses about how the parts would be there next week and they would call me to confirm (yeah right). Finally, after my rental company had called to tell me my coverage was about to run out, I called Trooper's and they said "oh yeah, your car is ready." Really? That doesn't do me any good if you don't call!
-One part of my car is actually more broken than it was when I dropped it off! Before my accident, I cracked the holder for my sideview mirror and stabilized it with tape because it was vibrating as I drove. Soon after, I had the accident. When I took my car in, I asked them to fix the mirror and bill me separately (not my insurance). Of course they never called to discuss options. When I called them, they muttered about some different possibilities but never gave me a quote. When I finally had to pick up my car, I found the sideview mirrior completely detached and hanging from a wire. The guy said he wanted to glue it back on but didn't have any glue. (For a month?!) They had a whole month to fix a mirror--a repair I was happy to pay for--and instead they handed back my car with the mirror in worse shape than ever. The recommended glue did not work and I really don't want to send my car back to the shop again, so I'm really frustrated. Horrible.
