I did my research as I was looking for someone to tackle a rather tough job, namely to stop the leaks on an older car. They got it back to me....... And unfortunately it was leaking worse than before. I called them and we put the car back into the shop. This time they took the time to make sure that it was stopped. It was, the work was done to my satisfaction. The only reason I gave them three stars is they charged me quite a bit of money both times. No offer of discount or apology. Bottom line, they do great work, but you better make sure its done right before you leave or get warranty information.

This place is awesome. They fixed my truck after another place in Georgia messed it up. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take your vehicle here. Hard to find honest people these days, but they are honest.

We took our vehicle here because of a strange sound in the engine. The staff was incredibly friendly and identified the issue quickly. They were able to source parts the same day and saved us a significant amount of money compared to taking it to a dealership based off of other people who had the same issue. I will take my vehicle here again because of the excellent customer service provided.

Triple J is GREAT!!! On two occasions now they have worked on my truck and they did a great job each time for a very reasonable price. Everyone in the shop was extremely nice and VERY knowledgeable. They were able to work on it immediately and they took the time to explain to me all the options available (it’s an older truck so I didn’t want to spend too much). I can’t recommend them enough! And last but not least their prices are very reasonable!

This auto repair shop is awesome, from manger Danny, to josh and Randy were all very Courteous and eager to do a great job. We had an engine put in and they had it ordered before we left the store. They weren’t pushy in the slightest and very honest. The shop it self was very clean and obvious they took pride in every aspect of the business. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing a auto fixed.

Veteran discount also. If I could give it more than 5 star I would.

We took our 2016 Gmc Yukon to this company for a lifter tapping. The company ensured us that they could handle this issue within 7-10 days. After 38 days they said it was fixed. Within 5 minutes of driving the car the engine light came on with the car shaking violently. They admitted they had placed a head bolt on in the wrong space and it caused severe damage. Which they ended up having to replace the engine. Picked up 2nd time 76 days later. Same issue within 5 minutes the engine light and shaking began. Ended up taking the car to Chevrolet and they were astonished at how they had put the car back together. We payed the Triple J's $4500 for a car that is in worse shape than when we brought it in. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The company did not call us to inform us of anything and they refuse to give us a printout of everything they did to the car. Please do not take your vehicle here. If their is an issue with their services they will not make it right.

I can’t recommend this shop enough! Staff is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to diesels. I ordered a used rear end. When the part arrived it was damaged terribly. They already had my truck on the lift with the old parts removed. It took the company almost a week to get a replacement out and they had no problem leaving the truck in the bay, wanting to ensure it was done right. When the replacement came, they cleaned it up and painted it, even though that wasn’t part of the estimate. This shop went above and beyond all expectations! Even though I prefer working on my own vehicles, I’m disappointed I’m moving from the area now that I’ve found a hidden jewel like this!

These guys saved me! Not only did they do fantastic work but it was quick and very reasonably priced. All I had to do was bring my vehicle to them and I didn't have to worry about anything else. My water pump and temperature gauge went out at the same time and they helped me through it all and we're very friendly and patient about my complete lack of car knowledge.
