I was a driver. I was told at the beginning that there'll be some long days. 14 hour days I was told but not every single day I was there. They wanted you to drive long days. But I like how they said. Some days are long but not every single day then when you tell him the truck is breaking down, they still want you to drive it. Knowing you know it's not safe but they don't care about your health or your well-being or the Public they take to agricultural and forestry exempt rules literally
Very good company to work with. They always deliver on time and do a great job.
Very educational phone call. Prompt and honest. Great service when needing 3 loads of gravel.
Terrible customer service. Ordered gravel loads from them that they messed up. Ordered them on a Tuesday morning and they scheduled for Friday afternoon. Had 3 days ahead to plan. They asked for my phone number and said would call me when they were on the way. Never got a phone call so i called them. Said they couldn’t send anyone and it would be the following Monday before i could get it. I made plans to take off work for this time and day.
Terrible service in the office, drivers are great but I was told I would have three loads of shavings buy a certain date a couple different times and never anything won’t even answer the phone!
At around 12:50PM on 285 Nb @ hwy 78 on 6/30/2019a truck driver in a black Western star day cab signaled into my lane while I was at the trailers rear wheels. He looked at me and then continued to force me over otherwise I would have had my car dismissed from the road. He was driving the brains out of the truck and constantly going three lanes over and back. Unsafe and certainly not a choice for me if I ever need any logistics work done. That's all I have to say about triple H transportation and it seems as if many others experienced similar situations with their drivers.
Had a driver come through our road going way too fast. Our road is used a lot for a cut through, but there is absolutely NO NEED for them to speed. Driver going way over the 45mph limit. Just stupid and dangerous to go that fast.
Feb. 16, 2018 sometime between 4 & 6 p.m. on hwy. 16 in Jasper county ga. I met 2 of their trucks. Both drivers were hauling ass, neither of them had loads covered. You could see whatever they were hauling flying out of the trailers like smoke from a train. Then soon as you're next to them, splat'ow like all over your vehicle, instantly obstructing your view through your windshield. Will update this post after I call their office this morning.
