Hubby and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I can truly say that I will never go back. First, the service was horrible. The hostess sat us down and the waitress didn't come to check on us until 20 minutes later. We ordered a bucket of beer, a chicharron appetizer, and a glass of water with lemon. We got the beer and placed our dinner order. Hubby got the Mar y Tierra for $35, mom got the pargo a la criolla for $25, and I got the chimi sliders for $16.
The chicharron appetizer came out and was placed on our table. We had NO silverware and no plates. Meanwhile the waitress was MIA. I had to get up from my table to go look for her to ask for silverware and napkins. After a while we got our food order. I had to ask for the water again since she had forgotten about it.
The Mar y Tierra was very good. It was the best meal of the night. My mom's fish was a joke. She didn't even get a whole fillet. It was broken into pieces. The flavor was also very fishy. I wanted to send it back but she refused as she was afraid of retaliation from the kitchen. The mofongo was also very dry and was not served with a broth to dip it into. Ughhh
After almost 20 minutes my sliders finally came out (just as I was about to cancel them). The sliders were horrible. The meat was overcooked and did not taste good. The toston portion was drenched in oil, as is the oil they were cooked in was not hot enough.
Overall this restaurant experience was negative for me, aside from the Mar & Tierra, which I say again was very good.
The service was slow and inattentive. Plus, the restaurant itself was so noisy. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
I visited on a week day for an industry event and the place got packed as the night went on. They staff seemed overwhelmed, but were managing quite well under the circumstances. I ordered shrimp pasta and it was tasty. My blueberry lemon drop was delicious. Nice atmosphere with a comfy outdoor area. Will return.
Exquisite! Food, drinks, atmosphere! Everything was amazing. The way the food and drinks are, it's for this place to be, more where you have to wait to go in! Delicious ????
It was a great time. We came in for happy hour Melina helped us make great selections on our order. She is very knowledgeable.
This place is an experience of its own, Fantastic Latin food , Great musical shows and friends showing up at times, Friday happy hours is a must go ..... The owner is a Hard working Soul who makes sure your visit is pleasant... This is a must go place anytime .. Enjoy..
Music and the crowd were good. The food was pretty good but already out of items before 11p, and it was still pretty empty. Our server put drinks order in and forgot them, but the worst part was she was arguing w a guest in our party about an order requested and was never put in. Guess we were lucky lack of attention caused less spending.
WE LOVE TRIBECA RESTAURANT & LOUNGE- MIRAMAR!!! We had my husband's 66th Birthday Party there last Sunday 3/31/2024 and we had the BEST time ever!! In fact, he keeps saying that this was his Most Amazing Birthday Party.
From the time that we went to the restaurant to reserve the date and spoke with Paola we knew that we had selected the right venue! Paola & Ingrid gave us a warm and kind reception when we arrived for the party. Their service.....Exceptional Service that is... was top notch the entire time that we were there. They were also extremely accommodating, attentive, professional and kind! The Best Service that we have received in a very, very long time.
The food was so delicious that many of our guests commented that they would definitely go back to TRIBECA for dinner in the near future!!

Based on the reviews I wanted to see what all the raves were about. This joint is fairly new in the area. We went around 1:30pm on a Saturday and the place was pretty empty. The server was attentive. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken carbonara pasta. The he portion was perfect, very fulfilling. It's on the pricey side but affordable. My food cost $19 my husband ordered the fried fish, which was pretty big for $30 came with sides. The food took a little long but can out hot. We both enjoyed ourselves and look forward to going again.
