I have no problem with Tri County / I understand their service peak times and work them into my schedule. We do need another can service in East Liverpool to replace Tri State ..
They make you wait over an hr when they said they were gonna be 25-30 mins then you call back wondering where your cab is they said they already have been there then mix you up with someone completely different and then I almost got ripped off of 30 dollars when the cab fee is 7 there 7 back so if its round trip that's 14 dollars money got mixed up somehow in the dark and then the driver tried saying I owed more money when a 20 was handed to them so that's a 3 dollar tip either way but not only me other people get told 25 mins and it ends up being an hour to 2 or 3 sometimes kinda annoying when you have places to be and call a cab for a reason thinking your gonna get there on time and dont and yall cant even get the numbers correct for the phone numbers yall supposed to be calling back for rides yall say yall been there and then you called and someone's been out there we can put you back on the list hows that my fault yall got the number and address wrong somehow when that's stated at the beginning of the call
They charge you for wait time when there's no wait time they lie to your face and they're never on time and then they bring a car that has no seat belts to take your kids and you told them a million times not to bring that car but they still bring it... One driver down there drove me into head on traffic because he was high on drugs and I had my kids with me!!! Then they say oh we called you to see if you still needed the cab but some how your phone never rang cuz they just lieing........
The rates are fair and the service is great. They have accommodated my pick ups and drop off with ease. Family owned I highly recommend them!!
This place will lie to you over and over then want to pick you up hours later all the while blaming it on the other shift. Very bad business I'll never use them again even if they are the only taxi service as of now.
Had been in ER for hours. Could not gat ANY UBER OR LYFT and tried for hours. This company did pick me in a snow storm THANK YOU.
I needed reliable transportation with timed calls. The dispatchers need to be better trained. I was left sitting 5 times in the past month due to poor coordination of runs. I called with ample time, several hours early, and still got left sitting & worrying. I have used their services 8 times in the past month... The drivers were pleasant and apologetic, but I can't rely on apologies! So, if you need a timed call or to be on time someplace take another cab or have someone reliable take you.
That suck not on time 2 time this has happen to me don't call them if I want to keep u job not on time but that want there money ever time if u want to keep u job don't call them u will be late every day and that can't not get time right at call day head sir late
