The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned on the inside. There was tree sap on the top of my car that had been there for a long time. Multiple washes had not removed it. All of the tree sap was gone! Not only did you guys fix my car, but you went above and beyond and returned it cleaner than when I left it there. Thank you!
If you are a state farm customer, DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They WILL undervalue your vehicle for the sake of the insurance company, as they are one of their PREFERRED shops. It's happened to me twice now, and now I know to never use them again. I hope the people who need to see this, see this.
I unfortunately had a deer jump out and run into the front driver corner of my vehicle.It's the season for it, so every local repair shop was backed up for weeks and some weren't even willing to take an appointment for an estimate. Tri-City Collision PBNAB was able to schedule my vehicle for an estimate very quickly, then ordered all necessary parts and get me into the shop promptly. Their customer service is wonderful! Holly walked me through the process of filing my insurance claim and continually provided updates on the progress of my vehicles repairs. They had everything repaired and painted and ready to go much sooner than originally anticipated. Their work is impeccable and my vehicle looks brand new! I am beyond happy with their service, and they also provide lifetime warranty on all parts they repaired and replaced on my vehicle.
Worst place that I ever have been. Completely destroyed my daughter's car. Lied to State farm. Would not recommend anyone to ever go there.
Very happy with my experience. Fixed my car first, then my wife's. Tanner went above & beyond to get us a fair price, understand our insurance situation, and go over all repair details. The secretary Holly was also very kind and helpful. They even cleaned up some other random scuff areas & vacuumed the inside. Both of our cars look good as new. Thanks again Tri-City team!
They were very professional. An estimate was made in a timely fashion. A couple snags concerning parts and price but my car was repaired within a few days and they did a great job.
