My husband was in charge of taking the entire truck fleet for yearly routine maintenance when he discovered the Manager from Tri-C. This was about to years ago. My husband now works for someone else, however we have never taken our personal vehicles anywhere else. # 1 We don't trust others, # 2 No one has given us precise and fast turn around, # 3 They have great communication skills, this is important to me because I'm not a car person. I don't read up and educate myself, because my focus is elsewhere, but every time something breaks down due to the age of our vehicles and constant use, the manager is polite with explaining the process and what is needed. This is amazing service worth investing in.
