Best KPortal Reviews

I am a NC Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Esthetician and a Licensed Instructor for both professions. So, I have a tendency to look for quality and talent. I highly recommend this salon. Every client I was able to see finished, looked pleased with their service. Binta did my hair today. Great job!! I am pleased. Very professional braiding. I definitely recommend her. I will have her service me again for sure! The pain level at least a (6) in some areas though. Im "NOT" tenderheaded either. Overall, clean salon and bathroom. Im a very happy client!! I'll be back!!! :)
Amazing service, always on time, clean shop, fair pricing. Most importantly they don't braid tight. The owner Yasin is professional and kind. She cares about healthy hair and will be honest if a style is not for your hair type. Been going to this shop for 3 years, won't let anyone else braid my hair!
I was so impressed with every service I had which included masssage, cut and color, wax, pedicure, head spa treatment, and facial. I spent two days and would travel to India just to come back! Asen gave the best facial and pedicure, Reena is the top masseuse, Lewong is a great stylist and his head massage was amazing, and Rahul is a genius with color and got his masters in London. ❤️
I just recently had the opportunity to try out tress art and while the overall experience was peaceful…I was met with yet another stylist who couldn’t be bothered to do my hair based off of my preference. I get spring twist every summer and I showed her several photos of me with the style and used her own photo as a reference. I like BIG and thick hair and the only way to achieve this look with spring twist is small parting. Unfortunately, she parted bigger in the back and cut the twist short after having been asked to make them long and small? When she arrived to the top of my head without asking me which way I wanted the braids to lay she just started braiding and by the time I realized they were laying the opposite direction I asked her to fix it. She was obviously annoyed but proceeded to lay the braids in the right direction. I was only in the chair for 4 hours and I regret to say I paid 250.00 dollars and drove an hour and 30 minutes from Greensboro for what I thought would be worth it. After realizing I didn’t like the style my only request was for her to redo 7 twist smaller and longer in the back of my head AT HER EARLIEST CONVENIENCE! And she said that she’d already done more than she should have also said I would have to pay additional money if I wanted her to do anything additional. I am so disappointed and I regret going here.
I have been coming to this experience since 2019! I have been getting different styles and recently have only been getting my locks services. I’d drive 3 hours when I worked in Raleigh and I drive about 2 hours now that I live in Columbia. It is risky finding someone to care about your hair and do an amazing job, so I will continue to return! I absolutely appreciate my experiences!
Tres art is very neat and clean, and has a wonderful calm atmosphere. They give the highest importance to maintaining hygiene standards. The services are awesome. I’ve been coming for a while now and I will not be using anyone else. Thank you ladies for making my experience great everytime!
I absolutely love this business, the moment I walked in I was greeted good morning by everyone there and immediately pointed to where I would be seated with my stylist who was there and ready to get started as soon as I entered the door. I received medium knotless braids waist length with custom color and it came out beautiful and perfect !!! To sum up Tress Art Hairbraiding in a few words: Clean, Friendly, Professional, Fast, Expert, No Waiting, No Price Gauging, Perfection !!!!!! Thank you so much for your professionalism, I along with my daughters will definitely be back.

I love this place ! Perfect work every time. Go to them, you’ll be glad you did !!!
If you are reading this review it is because you care about quality and so does Yacine of TressArt! I have been a customer practically since the first month the shop opened its doors. In the years since, both my daughter and I have become repeat customers. I have referred my aunts, niece, and grandmother who happily travels from out of state to sit in Yacine’s chair. Yacine is like an old friend, she is patient and welcoming every visit! I know she will always be ready, efficient, impeccably neat, that the salon will be clean and the staff friendly. I look forward to my appointments and I know that when I get out of her chair that I look and feel great! I am always complimented for her work and am quick to recommend her. I have never had a problem with pricing, Yacine is always transparent and fair. She will let me know beforehand of any changes in price due a change in my style request such as length or thickness. Her prices are reasonable and competitive for the quality and expertise she and her staff provide. TressArt is my home for protective styling. I have never had an issue with breakage or hair loss, nor have any of my many referred family members. She has growing hands. I can not speak highly enough of TressArt and of Yacine. I am so grateful that I found her and you will be to!
