Great food, fast courteous service and wicked good prices! This is a cash only establishment.
Had the corn beef hash with 2 eggs (they don't do poached on the weekends); my wife had the egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. Both super and ample servings!
Excellent breakfast spot. The portions are huge and the prices are fantastic. The wait staff are great.
I wanted to come here dor the longest and I was disappointed. Walked in and wasn't even treated by anyone. Had to ask a customer if we sit ourselves down cause clearly no one acknowledged I was standing there and then I find out that they only take cash. Something that could be told to people like me who may not know that. So I walked out.
Better training for staff is clearly needed!!
If you want to capture the dinner style experience with large portions and very reasonable prices then Tresca's is certainly worth a visit, but remember to bring cash.
They serve breakfast and lunch in a 60's style linoleum booths and vinyl bar seating. The servers are quick and considerate, so tip accordingly. You should arrive hungry because the portions are impressive. You certainly won't leave hungry.
This isn't trendy or upscale fare. It's very traditional dinner food that's fresh and well prepared. I favor the hash. Make sure to declare any food allergies prior to ordering so accommodations can be made if possible.
Drop by and take a paper menu. I didn't find a web site for them. They've been servicing Watertown for decades with great success.

Great breakfast exactly the way I like it. Very nice service too.
I had read from other reviews that the value was great, but wow. I have never had a larger omelette in my life. There must have been 8 eggs in it. My wife ate hers as leftovers for 4 meals.
The menu is standard diner fare. Our omelettes were real eggs and well cooked but nothing I would particularly recommend for the food alone.
The ambience is cute old-school diner. I really loved the layout which had this maze-like quality but I could see others finding it annoying.
Pay at the front, cash only, ATM available.
If you don’t understand your Knockwurst lunch option during a phone order so just change a name or let your stuff learn the menu name
Because during 5 minutes explanation no one can’t find it in a menu so my order can’t be placed
