Pretty bad. They didn't have a lot of their online inventory on the lot. The lady I spoke to on the phone confirmed the availably of a certain vehicle before I took the 2 hour drive to see it. Lucky me it just sold right before I got there, but again lucky me they had another similar model with higher miles and of course a higher price tag. No negotiations as far as the vehicle I was then basically forced to look at as well.
I wouldn't recommend it to friends, family or anyone reading this review. Look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase. Including pictures to show how packed the lot is making it difficult to browse, and proving there's no way they could possibly fit all the vehicles online in their tiny lot.
Overall bad experience and just a waste of time.

Stay away from these people at all costs. They sold me a Mini Cooper for 5k and literally less than a week after, it came up with major issues and I had to pay at least another 1k in damages. Furthermore, after noticing that the issues weren’t going away, I took it to multiple mechanics for second and third opinions and they all told me that the car’s engine will eventually have to be changed. I went to Trenton with the only money I had in the middle of COVID in desperate need for a cheap but reliable car and the scammed me ruthlessly.
The customer support is immaculate. Literally haggle/hassle free. They really worked with me to get me a ridiculous deal at an unbelievable rate. Will definitely recommend to my friends & family.
Threatened the life of my family while trying to resolve the issue of a FRAUDULENT TAG and attacked my mother, physically removing us from the property stealing a few thousands of dollars in the process. Horrible dealership that has a history of selling lemons and shady business. This place is ILLEGITIMATE DO NOT GO HERE.
