They have some good drivers but I've noticed 3 or 4 of them buy drugs (while working) from two of my neighbors. Just be cautious when using them for rides because you could also get arrested if they have drugs in the vehicle. It's been happening for months now and I have been in contact with the police and have given them the license plates. Hopefully this won't last much longer.
Used the service about a mo th ago. The person we talked to online was friendly. The guy who delivered our order forgot some it at the restaurant but, he went all the way back to make it right. We'll definitely be using the service again in the future & highly recommend them!
I don't often leave reviews unless people piss me off but this is different. Fostoria treats just delivered my dinner that I ordered and the driver's name was Terry. That was hands down the best service delivery I have ever had. I forgot to ask for certain things he was intuitive and grabbed everything and all varieties and plenty of extra napkins. Extremely personable and was very considerate of my cats and my air conditioning which may not seem like much but was everything to me. This is the way customer service should be done and anybody in delivery service should contact Terry to figure out how to do it right! thank you Fostoria treats and thank you 10 times more Mr Terry. 15 out of 10 all day long.
Respectful people, fast response, delivery of food in a timely manner, definitely can’t forget about the fair price they charge And just flat out because it’s a small local business and I am 100% down with supporting small businesses in our area . Definitely will use again in the near future.
Took a good while missing an item but the delivery is cheap and the driver was not bad overall great if you don’t wanna go out. Don’t forget to tip your servers????????
Yeah I have so quit lying about things to make this business look good when in fact its beyond unprofessional in many areas customers need to know the truth about this company and how you actually treat ur customers and employees and not hide things from the public maybe if this company cared maybe then you wouldn't have this problem!!
