At first appearance, the guys seemed really good. So when we had a small oil leak on our BMW, we took it back to get fixed. They diagnosed it as an oil pan issue and they needed to replace all the seals - almost $800 repair. We had them do it, picked up the car and the very next day, we went to take it out to find a massive puddle of oil on the floor of the garage. Obviously we took it right back. We were very kind, did not demand anything, just suggested maybe something didn't get tightened and asked them to look into it. They Looked and called us back to say it was a leak on something else and would be another $800. At this point we did a little more research and spoke to the shop in Chico that did the repair work for the previous owners. It turns out the oil pan seals were changed only 7,000 miles previous. When presented with the info the shop owner refused to do anything.
Bottom line is that they will NOT stand by their work and are not trustworthy in any way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Never going back to this place again..Thursday was my apt with them. So i droped off my truck for breaks repair on Thursday morning. I didn't hear anything from them, not even a phone call to tell me that they gonna hold my truck until monday.. i need my truck to drive to work on Monday. And now what am I supposed to do? walk to work? Is breaks repair Take three day to fix it?? I need an answer?? Bad customer service ever.
Shop staff were very fair and efficient. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service and local family atmosphere. Always happy to support local businesses and will continue to take my business here. Thank you very much guys!
