I love it here!! Coming from experiencing the type of stylists many of us have. Several hours in the salon and a lot of it spent waiting. Not at Tre Shades. Trina has me in and out of there in 2 to 2 and a half hours. I love my hair every single time. She talks to you about your hair, asks what you like and follows up to see how the previous style lasted for you. Shia, at the front desk, is also very helpful and always reminds me when a special is going on that I can benefit from. Did I mention I love it here.
I love the Tre’ Shadez Hair Studio as soon as you walk in it’s so relaxing. Lashes the receptionist/Apprentice has the best customer service I have seen in a while. Trina my stylist has the best customer service she takes her time to see what you want done to your hair. See is into hair care I love it I love it. Trina is the best stylist I’ve ever been to all others I been to no counseling about your hair and what would be good for it. But Trina she ask all those questions which EXCELLENT service. Trina oils for hair care, health etc a must buy.
I had a phenomenal experience at the Tre Shadez Hair Studio! I literally googled this salon and they took me as a walk in. The salon had such comforting energy that let me know that I was in the right place. The staff was very warm and inviting. Ms. Trina was able to fix my haircut and made me look amazing!! From the moment you walk in, your experience is top notch! The receptionist ensures things are good for the clients. Trina, is amazing! She is very much into hair care and uses outstanding products. She also makes sure you know how to maintain your hair when you’re home. My hair is always always always soft and last over two weeks.
