I highly recommend Travel Machine. The only thing worse than traveling during a pandemic is planning travel during a pandemic. The agents were friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I imagine Travel agents as a whole have experienced tremendous stress over the last couple of years, yet you wouldn't know it from the service I received. Thank you for your help!
Horrible experience. My dad reached out to Mimi to help plan a trip, and even though I am a paying adult, Mimi felt no need to fully disclose anything because she had supposedly informed my dad. She made mistakes that she expected me to pay to fix, and when I got upset about it, she was EXTREMELY rude to me. I had no communication before things were changed on the trip, and she even copied her bosses on an extremely rude email to me. I received no contact to try and make my experience with the agency better. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Book the trip yourself. You'll save money and headache.
