Best KPortal Reviews

Trattoria Reggiano Italian Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. As a frequent diner in Chicago's bustling culinary scene, I can confidently say that this restaurant stands out among the best. The spaghetti and meatballs were outstanding, showcasing exceptional quality and authenticity that rivals even the most revered Italian eateries. Each bite transported me to Italy with its rich flavors and impeccable preparation. The service was impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. If you're in search of an authentic Italian dining experience, look no further than Trattoria Reggiano. Highly recommended.
I recently dined there with my family, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. While the food was decent, the real letdown was the customer service. It was painfully clear that the staff didn't care about providing a good experience. Given that Las Vegas relies heavily on tourism, they seem to take advantage of the fact that most customers are unlikely to return. The service was inattentive and dismissive, making us feel like just another number rather than valued guests.
I wouldn't recommend this place unless you enjoy overpriced meals paired with poor service. There are plenty of other dining options in Vegas that offer better value and a more welcoming atmosphere.
Tried this place for lunch while in Vegas. The food was decent but the service was super slow and had to ask for things multiple times before getting them. And dessert complete sucked. The 5 layer chocolate cake was super dry!
The positives were the pricing is decent and the portions are pretty big.
I ordered the Family Style antipasto. The bed of Arugula was old and the cuts had very little flavor. My wife ordered Spaghetti Carbonara. Italians from the northern region of Italy would be very disappointed to call such a dish Italian. The garlic knots were not cooked properly. By the way the waitress first words after we ordered the bread were “You know that bread has a six dollar charge?” Dah!!! Obviously we know that eating out nothing is for free.????????‍♂️ The only thing that was half way descent was the wine. The picture of the spaghetti was how it was left after only the first taste. Never ever would I try eating at this place again.
The food is very good, we loved the lobster dish, big pieces of lobster and big shrimp! I enjoyed the whole dish very much.
Calamari is crunchy and delicious.
The tiramisu tastes smooth and not sugary.
Great service, nice environment.
Overall not bad, they were really busy on a Sunday night, 8pm. Took a while for our server to come by, felt a little rushed. We had the calamari appetizer, it was really good. I had an arugula Caesar salad it was really tasty. For our main dish: I had the frutti de mare and my friend had the chicken Parmesan, they were ok, just typical. The overall atmosphere was like eating at a restaurant at an airport. $163 with tip..no alcohol
Service was very good. It's pretty but a little too open to the walkway. The food was meh. We had two pizzas that were pretty good. Marguerita and pear prosciutto pizzas. The carpaccio was gross. Covered in mayonnaise. The calamari was huge, but it was not great. Maybe overcooked a little and too much breading. The spaghetti and meatballs was ok. Would not choose this restaurant again.
We dined here whilst staying at the Venetian, as it offered a convenient location rather than heading further out from the strip.
The service was good and food was served promptly. However unfortunately the food just wasn’t up to our expectations.
In hindsight, it would have been better to head out of the hotel and away from the strip for a more authentic and quality Italian restaurant who use better ingredients and make fresh pasta.
