If I could give no stars I would prefer that. This company is pure at most a disappointment, atrocious, failure in hospitality and courtesy in every way. The women and men that work there have no business working there if they do not have a phone personality that is inviting and pleasant. Also be very weary of even pissing anyone off at that base because you would never get them to answer or take your call they’ll ignore you as if you never called.
Worst customer service ever. The driver was very rude to my kids , and threatened to not take them to their destination and leave them infront my house. Its not likeit was a free ride, I was a paying customer that called for a cab. Disgusting behavior by an adult towards kids.
ive been using them for years but after today i will not how im waiting 1/2 hr for a car that never showed up i called 3 times to be put on hold and its freaking raining and im late for my appointment without us you wouldnt have a company get it together

Another local car service that have been in business for over 40 years servicing the local Brooklyn community way befor big corporate decided to take a bite of the industry. Fast reliable service and local support of the community.
Person on the phone was very rude and obnoxious. If you aren’t going to put any effort into your damn job then you shouldn’t work there at all. On top of that, the worker on the phone told me that the taxi would come in 6 MINUTES. How long did it take? 15! Poor customer service.
Dispatcher is a rude little simp of a man. This is a small reason why some black owned businesses don't survive. Lack of customer service skills.
