Two stars overall for this business is too high. Wish I could give it a 0 star review. They forgot a sweet old lady outside of my work. She was left in the cold and snow for 45 minutes. My coworker had to run and give the lady her phone so she could call them. Dont waist your time and money using them.
I've had mostly good experiences, honestly, but I did have one driver who showed up way earlier than needed and then proceeded to be disrespectful and who tried to pull me out of the vehicle. (Had to complain) After that it was good again until I called at 740 am to check the ETA of a ride for an 830 am appointment. They told me the ride would be there in 20 min. When 815 rolled around I called again and they said another 20 min. My appointment is 20 min away. I would not only have been told to reschedule, I would have been charged for the missed appointment had I not drove myself but, I can't drive home due to the medication I was given. All the dispatcher had to do was tell me they were going to be late when I called at 740 so I could call an uber but they didn't and now I'm stranded all day. Tried to talk to the owner, but he hung up on me. He doesn't care about the customers. Calling Modivcare again, to complain, again.
This place transports disabled individuals to important doctor appointments. They really should not be allowing this kind of treatment if their customers.
I live 10 minutes away from my dialysis center my sit down time is 6:15am but they pick me up at 4:45am drive around then drop me off at 5:00am I have to wait over a hour to receive treatment plus have to wait about a hour to be pick up . I've file the complaint with motive care and nothing still it's like these people don't care
Straight up, first experience they lied about knocking on my door or texting or calling me. We have a camera and no one came to the door. My husband wasn’t able to get to his diyalsis appointment .. (which he shouldn’t DO AT ALL) and any time after that, they are always 20 min early and rushing you out the door and then 45 mins late from picking you up from your appointment.. I call them to ask for estimated time of arrival and the excuse today was “sorry, they have a window of 15 minutes, but they are arriving now!” Then doesn’t show for 10 more minutes.. idk if the drivers are incompetent or the person who runs the business has no clue how to handle it. But would literally not recommend transport solutions. Lazy, Horrible time management and just always giving excuses..
Just watched a driver decide not to stop at a red light. Not a light that had just turned red, but a light that had been for a few minutes and crossed a major highway without so much as a slow down.
Do not get in a vehicle driven by this company.
They're always too early to pick you up and up to an hour or more late to take you home, and it's difficult to communicate as most of the drivers speak very little English.
If I could leave zero I would. I had transport set up yesterday and at the first sign of inconvenience, the driver left without the person needing transport. What kind of company would leave someone instead of working on a solution/compromise?
On a bad weather day they asked if I had a plan B, also came 45 mins earlier than was confirmed night before & said couldn’t wait 5 mins when my alarm hadn’t gone off yet another time they left when they were suppose to wait 10 mins so I waited in freezing temp for them to return to take me home that’s was 3 in a row, good exp have also occurred but odds are against it
