I had the pleasure several months ago to experience the quality and professionalism of this company and their staff. I was not able to get a flight into Greensboro which I explained when making reservations for pickup, and that I was only able to get to Charlotte. Without any hesitation, I was told a driver would be there waiting for me and take me where I needed to go. Well, they were there, friendly, professional and shared a lot of information about Charlotte I did not know. I look forward to future business with this company!

The team at Transportation In Style is AMAZING!! they are always on time and able to help however they can, no matter if it is scheduled or a last minute pick up. I always recommend people to use them when looking for any type car service! Keep up the great work!!!

This Company is By far the Best i have encountered i use shuttle service at least three times a week and this is by far the best i have had in a really long time. I've had Nass and Seaborne as my drivers they take great care of me everytime. I plan to use them every week.

Unreliable. Don't risk using this company.

Had an arrangement for a 5AM pickup to the airport. Was told the driver would call 15 minutes before pickup. No call and no answer when I called the number, and no driver ever showed up.

Make other arrangements.

My friend and I got a room at the Hampton in in Greensboro for the castle mcculloch beer. They contracted In Style to drop us off and pick us up. First off the guy who drove us was a terrible driver. He ran a stop light and later almost hit someone when two lanes merged. The van we took also had the check engine light on. We were scheduled for the 2:00 am pick up for the last shuttle at the end of the party. There are two entrances the drop off and the parking lot. There were tons of people leaving and there were police and castle staff going up the cars picking up and asking for names so no one misses their ride. At 2:00 am we are there waiting for our van and it’s nowhere in sight. 2:45 rolls around and we are still waiting. I call the hotel and they say the guy is there picking people up so I say okay. 3:00 am no one else is here but the police and castle staff. I called back and the shuttle just arrived. The guy I speak to talks to the driver who then tells him where I can hear that I must have been at the wrong location. I tell them no I’m at the drop off/pick up spot where I’m supposed to be and have been here for an hour. He then proceeds to argue with me, no apology and no offer to pick us up. Both the driver and the guy at the Hampton proceed to argue with me rather than pick us up. Finally i hang up and take an Uber home. Terrible service.

I had the opportunity to be transported to the airport for a business trip by Transportation in Style, the experience was efficient and professional. Often times when I travel I park my car at the airport but to have a car service pick me up saves me time and my company money. I will definitely use Transportation in Style again.

I use transportation in style on a regular basis,for rides to the airport,transportation to and from work and have rented his 26 passenger party bus for my daughter's birthday,everything was very professional,they were on time and his staff was nice and courteous.

If you consider this transportation "in style", your personal vehicle must be a sanitation truck! This guy is untruthful, unprofessional and unethical in his business practices. If you want to be "taken down the road", this is your guy. However you will likely be unhappy when you get there.
