Mike took out the time to help me & my family..
We pulled in to his shop unexpectedly after we had just pulled into Atlanta on are way back to Texas coming from VA. On an extended stay & our transmission started slipping out of nowhere...he was supposed to be closed on Sunday we bripoke down Saturday afternoon close to closing time .. this man came in on Sunday his day off & got our tundra back running by 11 a.m & we was thawed off track but we got back on the road & we made it back a half of day late but we really appreciate you Mike
Mike has did major work on several of my vehicles(motor,transmission,rear end,etc)yes he does take a while but I trust him,and that means the world to me.He has never price gouge me and if anything is incorrect he while fix it without any gripes.Thx Mike .You buddy Joe Richard
He had my car for a few days found out what was wrong & got the job done and stay on top of it to make sure I make it home to Richmond & his customer service was great Thnks Mike
worst customer service ever! Mike had my car for a week and didn't even get started on it his excuse was he couldn't recall what was wrong with the car. So he decided to let my car sit there for a week instead of calling me to see what was wrong with the car. Finally he got started on the car after i call to check on the status of the car and re explained what was going on. two weeks later the car is still not ready and me constaly calling him to check on the status of the car and him giving me different dates saying the car is going to be ready, never explain what had to be done next just always telling me a different date and the car never being done on the dates he said. Then i finally get my car back and on the dash its still saying the same thing when i gave hime the car. He takes the car back and haves it for another 5 days. He says its be fix on Monday, comes monday my car is sitting in the lot again not fix. thought those 3 weeks mike never call giving me an update or anything. never going backing and a waste os my time
Mike has been my mechanic for many years and has worked on all my family's vehicles. From transmission rebuilt to oil change. He's honest, efficient and very reasonable.
Mike was fantastic. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I was back on the road in an hour later! I would highly recommend them!
