Do not use this company to fix your transmission. I made a review complaining about this company last year and they took it down so I’m going to put it back up so everybody to know the truth. This company is crooked and do not trust them with your car. Do not trust or believe Ray he is a terrible person. I was out of town for work And they held my car for three weeks because I was waiting for them to quote me so they can start working on my car but Ray kept saying that they’re so busy that they can’t look at my car, tell me what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix it. Ray eventually tells me that it will cost $4500 to fix my transmission. I told him that is out of my budget and I’m going to somebody else. He said OK and left my car outside the shop to be picked up by a tow truck to take my car to the next transmission shop named Transmission Unlimited. I was not present at the time he left my car outside to get picked up because I still was out of town so I let the tow truck take my car to transmission Unlimited. Transmission Unlimited only charged me 3800. I came home a few days later, and receive my car from Transmission Unlimited and saw that my car was completely damaged on the front passenger side door. Transmission Unlimited told me that they received the car like that. I asked to see the cameras and I confirmed that they didn’t do it. I go back to Transmission Express to see their cameras and Ray told me that they delete their footage every day…so I can’t see if they damaged my car a few days. I can see in his face and his demeanor that he’s lying. The inside of Transmission Express is all blue, and you can see the paint of their walls on my car and they still deny that they did it. No wonder he was holding my car for so long and overcharge me. He knew since I’m out of town that I wouldn’t be able to see my car being damaged so that’s why he didn’t mention anything. It’s also possible that Transmission Express damaged my car because I didn’t want to use their services and if that’s true, then this company is really crooked. do not use this company and I will be reporting this company. And it’s obvious that Transmission Express is paying people or making fake accounts to put a positive review on the Google account which is sad.
Rey and the guys at Transmission Express took really good care of me and my vehicle. Rey took his time and explained exactly what needed to be done, how he would fix it, what it would cost. For the issues that my vehicle had, the price was more than fair and they got my vehicle back to me within a timely manner. I recommend Transmission Express, hands down.
Scam scam scam don’t use this pace I brought my 2012 Nissa van for a repair and 2/1/24 The Owner Ray charge me 5,200 to repair it I got the van back at 7pm and tried to drive home at 11pm the transmission caught on Fire and Burnt the entire Van down Use another shop these guys are Scams I tried to call Ray the owner to explain he tells me it’s not his fault and to call my insurance company to bad I only had liability insurance on the Van it was a total Lost of money 16,000 burning in Flames
I rarely leave reviews but this is one of those times, that I had to. Nothing but great service and attention to detail. Absolute best place! I went to several places and the prices and time quoted were much higher. I was amazed that Ray was able to get my car done quicker then originally quote plus saved me alot of money! I definitely would recommend this place without a doubt!

This is the best transmission shop in South Florida! Listen to me I had 3 cars with major transmission issues and this place fixed everything in a matter of days! Great Customer Service and mechanic work. Re-Built instead of buying new but my transmission and never had an issue. They also work with you on prices. I high recommend this shop !!!
It would be really unfair of me to not share my experience with Transmission Express. I want to start off saying THANK YOU SO MUCH Ray for first putting me at ease and secondly for answering my calls while you were in the hospital if that’s not customer service I dnt know what is. Secondly, being in the state of panic that I was in, especially hearing from a general mechanic that the problem I may be having with my car is due to the transmission; this place could’ve easily take advantage of me in my desperation and made me pay for any service but being the beautiful souls that they (Hector and Ray)are they did not. Not only was my car misdiagnosed from the the general mechanic Hector told me exactly what was wrong my car and saved me maybe thousands and didnt take a penny from me.. When I tell you Im forever grateful and Im telling everybody and their momma about Transmission Express. I hope EVERYONE in Florida sees this review and if ever in need go to them. THEY ARE HONEST PPL!!
