Called to make an appointment. Gave the make and model of my car to the person on the phone and made an appointment. Hired a tow truck. When the car was delivered the company rejected the car and said that they don't work on that type of car any longer. Completely unprofessional and very poor customer service. Had to pay to have the car towed back the forty miles it was towed

I recently needed repairs to the automatic transmission of my BMW 328xi… (without warning) my car suddenly wouldn’t go into reverse or drive. I was advised to bring my car to Transmission City & I’m so Grateful that I listened to that advice and brought my car here.

Tony (Owner), Staff (Maria, Umberto, et al) and the Technicians were able to identify & fix the issue (broken gear control)!!!

2 weeks to get an appointment and then they said it was all. We need to fix that before we can figure out what the problem is, but they're going to charge you a diagnostic but they're really not going to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle then they're going to tell you there's something else and you need to fix that for a couple of thousand and then they'll fix it for you Go somewhere else. They're not honest

It has now been over a month since i've gotten my Subaru back after having some transmission work done it. A full valve body replacement. I've been driving it a lot lately since the repairs have been done and I can say that Transmission City has done a great job. My car drives better than ever and hasn't had any transmission issues since. Tony was very helpful. He was great and easy to work with from the start. It took about a week to get my car in. Checking my car in was fast and easy with the scheduled appointment. They got the repairs done quick and efficiently, and I was back in my car within a week and a half.

These people quoted me $6,000 made me wait 3 weeks to diagnose my car. The next day I took my car to get a second opinion fixed my car for $500 . Yes the labor took long. Yes my car did need an expert opinion. But my car did not need a new transmission. And now I know transmission city are not the experts. Thank you for teaching me the importance of a second opinion! ✨????

I was having problems with one of my cars code popping up saying needs a new PCM. So took to Tony he troubled shot it. gave me a list of problems that need fixed so gave him the green light to fix it.

Tony was so helpful with my 2014 Nissan Sentra transmission. He wanted to keep it over night to take a deeper look and figured out it was my transmission. He found out it was still under warranty and took to to the Nissan dealership to get a brand new transmission at no cost to me. They did find And fix up a few minor repairs but wayyyy better than paying for a new transmission. I was relieved that my total was so little with the work I had done to it. He updated my boyfriend of everything they are doing and all this happened right before Christmas but still had it done in a good time given the holiday season and limited days they had.
